I contracted them to do my kitchen countertop because they have decent reviews on other sites but they can't be accurate. I have pictures posted on G review. First, they're not upfront with costs - they quoted me then added an additional demolition cost afterwards. Then for the actual job, they damaged both my walls and my cabinets with their install. Their cuts don't actually fit (the backsplash sticks out more than the actual counter) and the bevel edge they cut isn't straight. It has been over a month and no actual response on fixing the mess they made. Their solution for this is that they don't have this material in stock and if I agreed to upgrade my backsplash, they'd do that at a "discounted" rate and would fix my counters at the same time. I said fine even to this because I didn't want to go back and forth with them. One day before they come to do the additional project and repair, they tell me the the price is going to be 2x what they originally said. I refused and they're threatening me with a lien for balance of project which I can't pay because they won't fix the initial install.
