Diego showed up on time to make an estimate and his estimate was very competitive with others who priced the work. He scheduled the job about two weeks out, called to confirm, and was there to start work at 8:30 on the scheduled day. The job took five full days. Diego and his helper were unfailingly courteous, professional, and careful, and cleaned up the job site. The finished tile work all looks great. Diego was even able to salvage a specialty tile with an inlaid pattern by cutting the diamond-shaped pattern out of the middle of the tile and inserting it in another tile - excellent detail work. We have no complaints, got our money's worth, and would definitely recommend this company.

The work turned out excellent. The customer service was great. He came when he said he was coming. He was very respectful of our schedule. He was very clean. He did really good quality work, and he was very honest.

I've engaged many contractors over the last decade to help me update my 40 year old house. Diego is easily the best contractor I've ever worked with. Diego and his team did a wonderful job of converting my drab 4x8 bathroom into a beautiful and functional space. I couldn't be happier with the work he and his team performed. I look forward to engaging them again in the future once I've saved up for my next project.

This is the second time we have used this company and I cannot say too many good things about Diego, his beautiful work, his professionalism, punctuality, tidiness, and attention to detail. In addition, he is a lovely person with a gentle personality, always easy to work with, amenable to any and all suggestions, and willing to go to extra lengths to please his customer. Ours was a big job with lots of knotty problems to solve, involving extra trips to the tile store, returns of unused materials, etc. On final day he had all receipts, return slips, itemized list of work performed all written up. Every day I left a 'daily message' of concerns and things I had thought of....he took these little notes with good humor and grace. Even though the job was messy, dusty, and we were out of our bathroom for several weeks, each day he and his workers tidied up and consolidated their work materials as best they could. Recommend his company completely!

I contacted Diego in July of 2010 with a couple of projects. I wanted him to completely gut out and remodel my 2nd floor bathroom, seal my kitchen countertops, and repair the tile job in my master bathroom (after another tile company majorly screwed up its installation). It is normal for me to get 2-3 price quotes from any company when doing a construction project but there are times when you "just know" that someone is perfect for the job..and in my case, that was Diego. After meeting Diego, I decided to go with him immediately and never persued the other 2 estimates. (What a good decision I made). Diego is a perfectionist. He is super skilled at his craft and he does all the work himself (and doesnt farm it out to others). He did an absolutely fantastic job on my 2nd floor bathroom and sealed my kitchen counters and made them look brand new. But what most impressed me is how he fixed the bad job of another contractor which literally had me in tears for weeks before Diego arrived. The other contractor badly installed tile, forgot to grout areas.. and left gaps with no grout in between tiles. DIEGO FIXED ALL OF THIS AND LEFT MY MASTER BATHROOM LOOKING IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. I cannot thank him enough. I would use him in a heartbeat... if only I had more tile jobs to do! You'll definitely sleep nights knowing Diego's your contractor. He has a very very strong integrity and his prices are fair. I really loved working with him.

Diego and his assistant did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was excellent and they were very responsive when we needed any changes. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and definitely plan to use their services again in the near future.

Diego was punctual, very professional and did his work consistently. He did not stray from the work. He responded to emails and phone calls quickly and did the work as promised. We are satisfied with what was delivered. The backsplash looks awesome! We would hire him again.

Diego does all work himself. He uses no helpers. The resulting quality is very good. He is patient and pays attention to detail. Our job was difficult because the patio's grade was slight. Two previous contractors could not finish the job.

Diego called promptly after my first e-mail contact. He drove to our house early the next morning (on icy roads) to accommodate our schedule. He is very polite and hard-working, and his craftsmanship was superb. He used much higher standards than the builder who originally installed of our shower. I was very lucky to have found someone with his skill and integrity to do the job.

Diego was spectacular. We had purchased most of the materials already and then realized that it was too big of a job for us. He had indicated what he could use and what should be returned to save us money and time. We have hardwood floors flanking the tile on 3 sides and wanted it to be same height. We also wanted it to be a clean transition without any lumps or bumps between the flooring. Diego performed all of the tasks without question or issue and it turned out spectacular. He had stated 2 days of work and due to weather conditions, the drying times were very slow. But he stayed until 8pm on the 2nd night to ensure the work was completed.

He was very professional and his work was excellent. He was extremely clean and did not leave any mess at all in my house. When he left, my house was clean as when he got here. When he came, we wanted him to do some work, and he saw problems that we didn?t even realize that we had, and he fix them for me.

He did many, more things then we anticipated. He moved pipes, drywalled and ran into a few problems here & there with thresholds. All the time he was a delight to work with and was a problem solver. I can't say enough good things about him!

They were very prompt and knowledgable. I had a number of estimates, but they were one of only two that caught a particular problem I had. The gentleman who came out was very honest. The price they quoted seemed to be on a par with other estimates.
