Description of Work: Tom repaired rotten wood around a door frame and replaced screen door. When a middle (possibly defective) hinge on the screen door broke, he returned on a Sunday afternoon to replace the hinge at no charge.

 + 1 moreWorking with Tom was a real joy, and he is a true professional! The quote was competitive and better than other places I had consulted. The work was done in a very professional manner, and our bathroom looks exactly the way we intended it to look, and the way we had explained it to Tom. Work was done with great quality, and every part of our new bathroom looks great. The project was also done soon after we got the quote, and Tom was also correct in telling us how many days the project would take. I highly recommened Master of All Trades, and would use them again any time.
Description of Work: I needed on bathroom remodelled, which included replacing tiles, damaged walls, bathroom vanity sink, new faucets, new flooring, new lights, and the whole bathroom repainted. I also needed another bathroom vanity sink replaced, and a bathroom floor replaced.

 + 2 moreExcellent. Tom and Chris arrived promptly at appoint time. Went right to work and did an awesome job. Big improvement with Deck & Fence boards affixed/replaced. I have used "Master of All Trades" a number of times now - they will always be my "go to" for house enhancements/repairs.
Description of Work: Deck required replacement of all rail tops and a number of boards. Fence required screwing in of boards that had pulled away. Kitchen screen door required mounting back to frame.

After the walk thru, within a few hours he had sent me a detailed estimate of the work I was having done. The day of the job they were both very professional and done within just a few hours. They answered any and all questions I had. I will definitely hire them again.

 + -1 moreI am pleased with the outcome for the projects. Tom was very pleasant and professional to deal with from our initial phone call, to comimg out to quote the job, through completion of the work. He was respectful of my home and time. Will definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Popcorn ceiling above shower was failing down as result of steam and needed a toilet replaced. Tom came out to quote the job and recommended adding a fan to prevent further damage and then removed the popcorn and painted. He was very knowledgeable and clear about other scenarios that we might encounter trying to install the new fan. Luckily installation went smoothly, but I appreciated the information upfront just in case. Also had Tom provide an estimate on redoing a half bath (tile, paint, new toilet and vanity). Quote was fair and again Tom provided insight on what I needed and why, rather than just giving a dollar estimate. I haven't scheduled that work yet but will not hesitate to contact Tom when I'm ready to move forward with the project.

Tom came in and totally ripped out what they did and did an amazing job with a finished look. We were very happy with the result. We will use his services again in the future! Do not call any other handyman service.

 + 3 moreAll the work was well done. The only issue I noticed was a small paint drop on the kitchen floor that should have been cleaned up. I did get another estimate from a different contractor that wanted about $2200 for the same job, so the minor mistake was worth saving $1600!
Description of Work: Needed outside shutters painted, a door repair, my son's room painted, some drywall fixed and a wall painted in another room.

 + 13 moreWe were referred to Mr. Crudele and tried unsuccessfully to speak with him about our project. We left a voicemail only to receive a brief text from him saying he doesn't work on kitchens. Had he bothered to take the time to speak with us he would have found that our project is quite a bit more extensive than the kitchen. He must falsely advertise on his website as well. His portfolio includes kitchen renovations. I found his response extremely unprofessional. We will obviously look elsewhere.

 + 0 moreTom was fantastic. Neither my spouse nor I are very handy, and we recently bought a new house in Holly Springs. We contacted Tom via Angie's List. He contacted me back extremely quickly with a rough quote--none of the other handymen returned my call within 3 days! A follow on visit to confirm the quote, which was completely reasonable. At first, we were told it would be 2 weeks before he could get to any of our fans. Later that day, we received an email that he could get to us the next day. He powered through 7 fans in less than 6 hours! Two of the fans were not traditional, but Tom took it all in stride. Tom was also extremely patient, (as our 5 year old son was very interested in what he was doing). I would hire him back instantly!
