With this is mind, that is why we chose Oliver Home Repair to repair and repaint the exterior of our home. William Oliver is a very congenial and exceptionally knowledgeable contractor, who, during the initial examination of our home, was able to spot several areas which required attention and repair with a remarkably practiced eye, defects that my wife and I had missed. To him—when it comes to home restoration—perfection is the only recourse. What's more, his crew members are as punctual as he is, showing up each day to begin work just before 8:00 AM and working diligently throughout the day, pausing only for a short lunch break. Without exception, each of Mr. Oliver's employees are very polite, gracious and congenial, and their work is nothing less than extraordinary. Their collective efforts could best be described as "old school", as each craftsman worked tirelessly to repair and repaint our home with incredible skill and a painstaking attention to detail. There is an obvious wealth of experience among these men, and we were astonished by how quickly they they got the job done. The cost of repairs and repainting our home was entirely reasonable and fair, and worth every penny. Our home, which is 32 years old, looks as though it had just been completed yesterday and put up for its initial sale today. The marketing boast "Made In America" was originally intended to promote superior U.S. made products which had been skillfully crafted with pride in workmanship — we think this ethic could easily be extended to William Oliver and his work crew. They both look great. We had one minor crack show up in the ceiling and they came right back and repaired it for us. I would highly recommend them.

Fixed a fascia board that was pulling away from the house and re-painted all of the soffits. I had replaced the vents and paint had pulled away. Looks great! Will have him back to do other work, probably replace all of the wood around the chimney with hardie board.

It turned out beautiful. The colors I picked were very nice. The work that was done brought everything to life. Oliver and his team were professional and adaptive to my needs. These guys get along well like they have been together for years. If I could say one thing, is that if you have any questions about the work or other projects you have going on. These are the guys. I will call them again and again.

Mr. Oliver came right over and gave me an estimate that was a really good price. He told me the dates they could complete the work and it fit my schedule. They showed up on time and completed the work a day sooner than promised. If I have any work needing completed in the future I will definitely call Mr. Oliver. His team knew exactly what needed done and they all worked together very efficiently.

This is an excellent, affordable, reliable team. They did exterior upgrades to my entire home: replaced siding with Hardie board, fixed rotten wood, pressure washed, painted. They were top-notch, and i'm so excited to have gotten to work with them. I'll use them moving forward, and recommend them to anyone i know. Truly above and beyond service.

Working with Mr. Oliver was extremely easy. After receiving the quote we negotiated and agreed to terms on the work at hand. I was able to work with him as I travel for work and he was very flexible with my needs. As far as the work goes I was extremely impressed. He sent pictures to keep me updated and communicated regularly. I would definitely hire this company again!

William and his team went out of their way to work me into their busy schedule so work could be completed prior to my move-in date. He put a security bar on my sliding glass door, and his team did a LOT of work in a short amount of time and they did a great job. Very grateful. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate to find Oliver Home Repair. We hired them to paint the kitchen and the family area because of the super high ceilings in those rooms. They got to our house a day earlier than scheduled, stayed over on the first day. The second day even as William Oliver had a crew somewhere else, Mr. Oliver was here painting himself making sure the job was done right. Next we are getting new floors installed and Mr. Oliver said for me to give him a call after they are done installing so he can return to touch up to insure his work looks good. I would use and recommend this company again.

Oliver Home Repairs recently painted our entire home interior, an outside fence, and also completed many repairs. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend this company. For many years we used one painter and his team. After he died we were unable to find a painter who had the same commitment to quality — until we met William Oliver and his team. William Oliver’s group is truly different. Each person has significant depth of knowledge about paint types, surfaces, methods, prep work, and the process involved with both, and they don’t take short cuts. In each room they painted there are beautiful straight lines and clean smooth surfaces with quality paints and materials. They have a professional work ethic—they show up on time, take a 30 minute lunch break, end on time, and spend little if any time on their phones. (except for the manager, whose job is to communicate and problem solve). They clean up their work at the end of each day and prepare for the next day. They understand that a customer may change their mind on certain things and even said, “You are the one living here and if you don’t like it, it needs to be changed.” They have a great attitude and were consistently respectful. Regardless of industry, this level of quality always starts at the top —with an owner who cares about his customers and who hires great employees. We feel like we have finally found a home improvement company we can trust and plan to use Oliver Home Repair again. If they are a little bit higher than some painters, it will be worth it. If you have to wait to schedule your job—wait! You won’t be disappointed.

The estimate was straightforward and submitted timely after our meeting. The work began a week or so later. There was a crew of several very friendly and neat working men who completed the job well under the quoted time frame. Added attention to details with sanding, caulking and prep work. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would definately recommend Oliver Home Repair to others who want good work done!

My experience with Oliver Home Repairs was excellent from start to finish. William Oliver followed up on my quote request within 24 hours, and was on-site with an estimate quickly. His attention to detail won my business as all of the estimates were within 10% of one another. Communication was excellent, and he was very prompt to letting me know when the job would be started and finished. The crew was trustworthy, professional, friendly and treated my home like their own. William offered to come back after the remainder of my renovations were completed to do any touch-ups needed. I look forward to doing business with Oliver Home Repairs again, and highly recommend them!

Mr. Oliver and his team were fantastic. William was extremely responsive, usually texting or emailing back within a few minutes. He was out to quote the job within a day or 2, and had me a written quote the same day. He was also very personable, presentable, and honest. The price was 33% cheaper than anyone else, and he even included the paint (quality paint even) at that price, and also included replacing rotten wood around 2 windows, fixing my gate, replacing fence boards, refinishing the front door, fixing a few mis-aligned gutters and downspouts etc... He even painted my mailbox free of charge. Usually, you get what you pay for... In this case, I paid much less, and got way more than expected, and way more than anyone else offered. His crew was very punctual and hard working. Everybody was working well together, and not once did I see anyone sitting around. They were like a well-oiled machine. Greg, Williams head guy, was great to work with. He kept me updated throughout the day, asked appropriate questions when needed, and was just all around a really good guy. They completed all pressure washing and cleaning of the exterior, repaired the gate, fence, and gutters/downspouts , painted the mailbox, and re-finished the front door on day 1, and then came out and completed all exterior painting on day 2. Everything they did was quality. The paint looks amazing, the gate works great now, and I honestly just cant say enough about this company. 10/10 and will most definitely use again.

Workers were courteous and respectful of the property. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their work. They even helped corral my dog when I accidentally let her out. Highly recommend!!
