We bought two rugs, one for $200 and one for $2000, to be shipped to our home in Chicago in December. No rugs came, and noone called us with an explanation. I called and was told that one rug had been shipped to their store and the other was back ordered but would be arriving in their warehouse soon. One rug came. We called and were told the other rug was at the warehouse and would arrive "Monday, at the very latest". On Tuesday I called. The salesperson said the rug would come in May. I spoke to the manager, Theresa. I explained that we understood delays but this was terrible customer service. She promised to find out what was going on and said she would update us the next day. She never called back. I called. Three days later I got a message from her saying that she had tried to find our rug "all over the country" and had been unsuccessful, so would be refunding our money. Total incompetence. They were happy to get our business but could not be bothered once they had our money.
Description of Work: Ordered two rugs, received one but not the other. Six weeks later they gave us a refund.
