Quoted one price on the phone/Took longer than expected and the charger more because of that. Was upset that the check was written personally instead of to the company.

These guys did a great job! I was concerned about some spots in one room but the carpet looked new when they finished! Very professional and courteous! Definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning!

Guys were great to work with. Great attitudes and kept me informed throughout the process.

Carpets were in bad shape and called as last resort before pulling it all up. The guys came in and when they were done, I was really pleased. My carpets had not looked like this in years.

Machine wouldn?t start upon arrival. Crew left and stayed gone all day getting repaired. Returned following day and completed job.

I hired this company on Tuesday August 6 and made a 100pm appointment for Wednesday August 7. I received a call saying they were having trouble with their truck but would be here ASAP. They never showed up. I called twice and left a call-back request, and they have not returned my call.

They called 10 minutes after they were suppose to be there to say they would be 1 hour late because they were still getting their equipment together. We asked for 4 rooms and a stairway to be cleaned and they said the order was for 2 rooms. They did clean all rooms and did a good job but customer service needs lots of work.

The individuals that came to clean our 3 rooms were professionally, nice and thorough. My husband and I were very impressed with them and their work ethics.

The guys from R&R SC were polite, on time, knowledgeable and the price was right and reasonable.
