Our experience with R & R was great! We experienced a very professional, prompt, quality job, all at a very reasonable price.

We received a prompt estimate for the job and the company arrived on time for the job. The results were excellent! I would not hesitate to hire this company again!

I was not satisfied with some mildew left on widow seals and some area of the house--Otherwise I think compared to another estimated it was an ok'd job--I should have met with him first and we walked though what I wanted done that would have made the job better

This is a revised review. Richard has truthfully tried to make the situation better. I should have been more vocal about the quality of the work and insisted that he come out on Monday to see exactly what I was talking about. He has new employees now and they are working out well for him.

Mr Sims was very professional and did a great job on our carpets. There was only two stains that he was not able to remove. The only con I have is that I wish I was initially informed that I would be charged for things like extra stain remover spray, vacuuming (which we actually did ourselves the morning of) and a lead fee. I wasn't charged for the lead fee, but i would've questioned it if I was. Ebay doesn't charge the buyer for seller fees, so I would expect that the owner of the company's on this site wouldn't charge their customers for being a lead. That just doesn't make any sense.

They did a good job of cleaning of cleaning vents.
