Fast and reliable

First, I had two jobs requested. 1- clean my tile floors and seal them, 2- clean the vents and returns. The men that were scheduled to do my projects ran a little late but they called and let me k ow why. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They came in and immediately got started. Once done they cleaned up every thing Now to the review- my floors look fabulous! I have 40+ year old Mexican tile and they look like new! So happy with them. I’m excited to see if the air duct cleaning will cut down on dust and improve our air quality. They ran out of paint to freshen up my vents and went to the store to buy some paint. Very professional and courteous. I would hire again! Thanks Guys!!

Kenneth, the tech who actually performed the work was one of the most courteous and polite people I have ever had come into my home. Richard, the owner of R & R Steam Cleaning obviously strives to make sure his customers are satisfied with the work performed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work performed.

The service men arrived and found that the job was a little more difficult than expected. They worked hard and because of their work ethic completed the job with good results. I was very impressed with the results.

The contractor did everything he said he was going to do and came promptly on time.

They were prompt in contacting me, picking up and delivering my rug. The pick-up/delivery man was very friendly. But, I asked for an afternoon delivery and the guy kindly pushed for me to accept delivery in the morning instead. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate his schedule. Also, when the guy put my clean rug back in place, there were several puckered places. He said they would even out within 24 hours and if not, he would come back and run a steamer over the bumps. Well, it's been a month and the puckers are still in my rug - only slightly better. I have not called R&R to report this.

The quoted price was way below what they wanted me to pay when the job was completed. The gentleman that did the work was hardworking and polite, but the manager was rude and I had to talk to him numerous times during the cleaning because he was constantly demanding more money. I would never have hired them if I knew the difficulties of dealing with them.

Tech was great.
