We had a lot of pet urine. Ow is he wait and see. Looks excellent now. Wait and see if the doors return.. I hope they do not and then I can rave about them more!!!!!

Very professional employees and service was great. I would highly recommend this company!

A scheduling mixup occurred in the central office, resulting in no one arriving at the scheduled time. The owner made every effort to accommodate my schedule for cleaning once this was realized. The technicians who came a few hours later were courteous and cleaned my carpets in 4 bedrooms in under 2 hours. Minor stains were addressed and the rooms look great.

Michael L. and the rest of his crew were terrific. They were very careful in rolling up and removing three rugs for cleaning - no banging into walls, etc. Upon return, they showed the same respect to my home. And after they had left, I called to say I thought one of the large rugs was not quite straight; they turned around and came back to fix it, which required moving furniture again. All while being very pleasant. My only complaint is that the pet urine stains are still visible; however, the smell is gone.

Mike and johnny did an outstanding job on my carpets. They went beyond and above to make sure stains that i was not aware of were removed. They were polite and didnt mind moving my furniture around to provide a thorough cleaning. I will be requesting them again.

R&R offers a great service at a competitive price, but given my experience, I would happily pay more for the level of expertise they provided. Michael and Lionel were the techs that came to my house to do the work and they were outstanding. They were prompt, efficient, and had a keen sense of detail when cleaning my upholstery. They were also very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy the work they were doing. I will certainly hire them again for other cleaning services in the future!

Company sent two men to pick up a oriental rug 10 X 13 to clean. They arrive on time and returned the rug two days later. Very pleased with the cleaning and the professionalism. They even helped my wife and I put the rug down and moved some furniture. Would certainly use them again!

The men who did the work were polite, diligent, and efficient.

Don't think the two that came to clean my chimney were very prepared for the job. The only light they had was an iphone and they had no eye protection. They were courteous and friendly but seemed quite inexperienced at cleaning a chimney.

The gentlemen were prompt, friendly and made our chimney look brand new! Definitely will be using them for future projects.

The men assigned to this job identified minor issues related to the task hired for and corrected them at no extra charge. They went out of their way to ensure that the task was completed beyond my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the work of R&R Steam Cleaning.
