Hired this company to put a cap on my chimney, they could not get on the roof, said they were going to come back the next day, called after the appointment to reschedule, then did not show up again and did not respond to my text or calls

They were well spoken, quiet?and professional. Did their job well, cleaned up after themselves and walked up through the entire process. More than pleased with them.

This pro called me and I explained the problem, but they could not do anything but charge me 89 bucks for a service call. I called another person on my own, and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Update on this pro is that they returned the service charge which shows their professionalism. I am very pleased.

GREATLY OVERPRICED ESTIMATED

on time arrival. Jimmy gave me a list of what needed to be done and i felt he gave me an honest order to the different fixes since i could not do it all at once.

Worked on 3 fireplaces with different issues, including cleaning, leaks and gas logs. Large crew of 4 and efficiently addressed each issue. Entire crew was personable and friendly, and seemed well able to determine how to solve the issues (which had been worked on before by another). Fairly expensive, but did solve the problems, I think. We ll see.
