Jerry and his mechanics were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and explaining the options on fixing the problem. Jerry explained what work he recommended and told me exactly what it would cost. Work was done in a timely manner.

I am very happy to have found this place.  I had this service done as a charity for someone else, but will bring my car to Jerry's from now on.  Great people, great attitude.

Jerry's Automotive mechanics and office staff are very professional and personable. We have a 2000 Honda Accord and Jerry always has the lowest rates for repairs are always timely with diagnosis and repairs. The have worked on our brakes, a/c, etc. Will continue to use Jerry's to take care of the care because they are honest and affordable.

Jerry's Automotive has been my mechanic for the last 10 years. Jerry has had to retire about 3 years ago because of health reasons, but his son Bubba has taken over. I bought a new car 2 years ago and I always like for my mechanic to check it out just to make sure I'm not buying a lemon. Of course, they did and everything has been just fine. Having lived in the area for 20 years, I have been through several mechanics and none compare to the overal efficiency of this and quot;Mom and Popand quot; business. Hospitality, efficiency, and competitive prices can not be replaced and Jerry's Automomotive has them all.

Every couple months I have had to take my car back here to get my breaks fixed. However, something that should have had a warranty apparently did not. We have had other work done here and it went OK. Just not this particular car. The staff is all very friendly, though!

We called and talked to Jerry's and set up a time to take our vehicle in. They were ready for us when we arrived and diagnosed the problem thouroughly and thoughtfully. They gave us the price for the repair and we had it done. They called us promptly when the repair was complete and were very helpful in explaining the issue when we picked up the vehicle and paid for the repair. We'll never go to the dealership again! Jerry's was awesome!

They very thorough and they kept my car for the whole day. I liked that they looked though everything, didn't charge me, because they didn't fix the problem. They did everything they thought would work.

I had a clunking noise coming from the rear of my car when I went over speed bumps or rough road at slow speeds. I took my car to Jerry's Automotive and asked them to check it out to make sure I didn't have a safety issue. I left the car overnight and they called to explain that I neede the struts replaced. They gave me an extimate and I told them to go ahead. When I went to pick up the car the price was $200 leass than the estimate. They explained that they ordered all the parts that they might possibly ned and when they did the work they found that 2 pieces were not needed hence the lower price.

Jerry's came highly recommended by the reviewers on google, so I gave them a call. My car had been running roughly (I'll spare you the symptoms) and had other mechanics convinced that the car had an internal engine problem and needed to be overhauled. I called Jerry's and spoke to... I think it was Gary? I'm not sure what his name was, but he was the nicest, most patient, and courteous guy to talk to on the phone. He kept calling me "brother," lol. After discussing my car's problems, he said to bring it on in and let him have a look. I explained that I didn't have anyone to give me a ride home and asked if there was a nice waiting area where I could hang out while they did their thing. Gary (again, not sure of the name) chuckled and said "No problem, brother! I'll have someone here give you a ride back to your place. I'd rather have you comfortable back at home than hanging out in a boring auto repair shop!" By the way, I did spy a lazyboy and TV in the customer waiting area when I got there. So I brought the car in, clunking and grinding the whole way, and went inside to see Gary. He gave me his complete attention and pulled out his notepad and wrote down my complaints about my car. One thing that struck me was how deliberately he wrote each word in perfect handwriting on that page. Did he go to a catholic school when he was a kid? I didn't ask. Anyway, he said he would call me once they had found the problem. He brought an associate up to the counter who was all too happy to give me a ride home in her personal car. Only about an hour and a half later, Gary called and said that I just needed a new ignition coil and harmonic balancer. The total was $562.60 for parts and labor and it would be ready that afternoon! Now, to be honest, i don't know what the going rate is for this work, but to a guy who was getting ready to shell out thousands for an engine rebuild, it was music to my ears. I gave him the go-ahead and sure enough, he called back that afternoon, as promised, and told me that my car was ready. My keys were waiting for me when I got there. I asked Gary how it ran and he said "Like next year's model! However, when you're driving on the highway, you may notice a slight vibration coming from your right front wheel- that's a CV joint that's going bad. Not bad enough to need to be replaced now, but keep your ears on it and listen for such and such a sound and when you hear that, it'll be time to replace it." --What's this?? An automotive shop that ISN'T trying to sell me every single repair job they can think of??? Ummm... wow. I went to the lady in back to pay the bill. Stapling my invoice, she said that if there are any more problems with that harmonic balancer or ignition coil, they would stand by their work and make it right. Moments later, i was driving home in my 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera with 303,500 miles on it with NONE of the problems that had been plaguing it earlier. It drives like it's 1993 again! AND there is no cigarette smell in the car or grungy fingerprints all around it. I haven't been to all the automotive repair shops in town, so I can't tell you that Jerry's is the best, but I certainly cannot imagine anything better. By far the best service, quality of work, timeliness, and honesty that I have ever encountered in an automotive repair shop. A++. I will be back.
