Midtown Home Improvements, Inc. (St. Louis)

This was my 3rd service from Midtown. 1st. Refinishing my front porch. 2nd was siding my house. 3rd and most recent was replacing my roof, gutters and soffit fascia. From my first meeting in each case to decide what I needed and the cost to the crews doing the work, I could not be more pleased.

The staff was easy to work with and they kept me informed throughout the process. The workmanship was excellent. It only took them 1-2 days to complete all work done on my home and now it is maintenance-free no more getting on the ladder to paint.

They're not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive - I like middle of the road pricing. Once the city issued its permit, they were out the next day to install the fence.

Expensive and definitely a sticker shock but honestly worth it. When it comes to a home, I had rather pay for better quality to last longer.

The installation went well. The fence appears to be excellent. There was a little language issue with the installers. Also, there was a communication issue with customer service requiring me to provide the same information multiple times. There was a delay in the installation that I was not informed about until I contacted customer service. Customer Service was very friendly and provided updates when I contacted them.

This company was awesome. The man who put the windows in was very professional and he had no problems. Cleaned up his mess after each window.

If their was a problem they took care of it. Midtown is a very professional company and I would recommend the company to anyone.

I had a shower remodel where I took out the standard tub and replaced it with a custom shower. It took a long time to get all of the materials in (5 months!) which is not the fault of Midtown. During the remodel, the installer came across a big problem with the shape and placement of my drain pipe where it would work ok with a tub, but not with the flat sides of a pure shower. It was thanks to his literal decades of experience in construction that he was able to find a way to mitigate it. He also did a great job of keeping me informed on progress, and kept the workplace as clean as he could. I'm sure glad I didn't try this myself!

In addition to the composite deck, Midtown also installed a fencing for our yard. Their attention to detail and promptness on the job makes them number 1 in our book. This is the second time we have used this company for deck replacement with composite material. We have never been disappointed.
