Midtown and the contractors did a great job. The quality of the composite planking is great! and the deck looks good. The area was kept clean during the project. Overall very satisfied.

I can’t say enough good things about my new deck that Midtown recently installed. The entire process was smooth, especially with Bailey keeping me informed about every step of the process. Starting with an in-person presentation by Kaleb and Brandon, I immediately knew I wanted to work with Midtown for my new deck. There was no pressure, and they took a significant amount of time to patiently answer my laundry list of questions and help me identify what I wanted in a deck. At the time, I was sold entirely on the maintenance-free Zuri material for the deck. The price was a little higher than I had originally budgeted, but I wanted something that could stand the test of time. Little did I know just how beautiful the deck would be! We went with the Brazilia finish and couldn’t be happier. The first time we saw the finished deck, we were actually a little worried that it was a little too nice. It is by far the nicest deck in the neighborhood, and I’ve received compliments from all of my neighbors. I really appreciate the extra add-ons that I didn’t know existed in decks, such as a heavy-duty gate so that my dogs can be kept on the deck and the built-in lights that turn on automatically at sundown. Regarding the installation, the crew took their time in making sure the deck was installed properly. I am a former community development director for my city, and the building inspector for the project was a former employee of mine. When he did his final inspection he commented to me that it is by far the nicest deck he’s seen and that the construction was top notch; in an effort to make sure the deck was stable, Midtown installed more piers and joists than were required by our city’s very strict building code. Even though they had to jackhammer through our very rocky and unforgiving landscape, they did not sacrifice quality. Midtown Home Improvements has done 2 projects at our home. We had a bathroom remodeled previously and recently had windows replaced. The installer worked thru a hailstorm to finish the job so the house could heat up by evening.

This was our 3rd installment to complete my entire house. What started out as just replacing a couple of windows evolved into completing the whole house. Love the windows and working with Midtown was a positive experience - which says a lot these days.

They did my siding and did and excellent jjob. Then 2 days after if was complete I was called to make sure I was happy with the job which I was and a supervisor came and checked it.

The crew was super nice. Remembered me from a previous window installation and worked quickly.

Overall the Master bathroom looks great the only thing were delays in getting materials and then Covid 19 made more delays. Charlie was excellent in everything he touched, he made our bathroom beautiful.

Disregarding manufacturing delays, the only issue was that the "hopper" window in the bathroom was installed upside down and will be redone after better weather.
