The company called to tell me they do not service my area. I have requested a refund.

I contacted Bono to check out my toilet that has an air activated flushmate installed in the tank. I was able to schedule a time that worked for me. They called 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time and had the job completed within 45 minutes! I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Arrived on time, had a helper with him, checked out the problem, returned to his truck for parts, came back in and made the repairs in less than a half hour. Bob also answered questions I had, he never rushed me or made me feel less than. His quote was less than the other companies I checked and he and his helper were so personable. I am one happy customer and I have found my go to plumbing company. No need to check further just call Bono Plumbing and you too will be happy you did.

We have a home warranty and we used this different plumber to fix the bathroom shower downstairs. We used Bono Plumbing. It took them a lot of time to fix the problem and they took one month. I just paid the deductible on my home warranty. The warranty company did not used my normal plumber. So now we have stopped using our home warranty for plumbing jobs.

This work and appointment was scheduled through my home warranty company, yet I was thrilled to find that they were also on Angie's list. Rob called to introduce himself and confirm our 8AM appointment and that he would be on time. He found the leak which was apparently an install issue on the shower to the pipe, this area was not sealed properly. He repaired it, explained the issue and was extremely helpful and courteous. Extremely satisfied with prompt, efficient service.

We were referred to Bono through our Home Warranty program to inspect and ultimately replace a leaking garbage disposal. They were prompt, friendly, and thorough. We would definitely use them in the future. (The $79 cost was the home warranty deductible.)

This guy was great. He was professional, courteous, fair with his price and knew his stuff. The thing I liked best was his tenacity; he wouldn't give up on my problem, despite the difficulty my house's plumbing design posed for him. I had a clogged drain that backed up through my downstairs shower. That drain was important, since it was also where my washing machine drained. When he couldn't get a cable into my system the normal way, he found another way in and, after a lot of hard work, he found the clog and cleared it. If I have any other plumbing problems, I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat.

This guy is awesome. I had a home warranty and he was the guy they sent, so it was purely luck that I got him. He could have really ripped me off and said that the lead was up in the wall or in the ceiling. Instead, he found the leak was in a drip valve, fixed it and took off. He was there for 20 minutes. He could have easily dug around there and billed me for hours and hours of work and I wouldn't have known any different. He was incredibly honest and professional.
