I met with Mike and received a quote. He was knowledgeable and professional and really listened well. His bid was perfect and didn't miss any of the quirks of the job. I did not hire him due to schedules (but I wish I had waited and had him do the job). Next time I will try to adjust my schedule to work with his.

Mike was incredibly friendly and personable. He is very quick to respond and very thorough in explaining everything. From start to finish the project was done very quickly. He was very clean and precise during the entire project. He went out of his way to address other issues in our paint free of charge and everything turned out immaculate. We love the paint colors and the end result. We are very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely use him again in the future.

Mike was very professional and diligent throughout the job as were the men who worked with him. He communicates often and easily, asks about items that might need adapted along with including some productive changes. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I'm delighted with the finished product.

Terribly. I made 2 appointments with him to come and give me an estimate. His work address was literally 2 blocks from my house. On neither occasion did he show up.

Mike and Todd were so professional, kind, courteous, punctual, and thoughtful. They were patient with us as we made decisions throughout the whole process. We have recommend them to others and we do plan on using them again.

Duff Painting does outstanding work, is very professional, reliable and responsible. Mike Duff and his crew are careful, thorough, pleasant, responsive to questions and changes. When a big house gets painted, the painters are around for awhile and you get to know them a bit. Mike and the people who work with him care a lot about doing the job well, making sure the owner understands any issues, flagging any repair needs, taking care of needed repairs, and working hard to make sure the job is well done and the owner happy. They are also great about leaving a tidy work site at the end of every work day. They are deservedly popular, so it can take awhile to get them to a new project, but they are definitely worth the wait.

Project went smoothly and the bannister looks great! Painters arrived on schedule, and since the job took less time than estimated, the price was adjusted accordingly. They even touched up a wrought iron table for me. Best of all, they used a new, faster drying product so that I didn't have to worry about anyone accidentally touching wet paint.

Mike really listened to what I wanted and what my needs were. He and his team were professional, punctual, quick and clean.

This interior job went so well that we have hired Duff Painting to paint the exterior of our 100+ year old home. This is a task that we have not tackled for 22 years, but we are certain that they will do a great job. I highly recommend Duff Painting for your next painting job.

The team did a fantastic job, and they were so great to work with - even a neighbor who interacted with them commented on how pleasant they were. They were very concerned with making sure we were happy with the work, and took their time to walk through the house with us and ensure everything was perfect before leaving. We were initially worried about the project being disruptive, but they worked efficiently and left a clean work area. I really felt like they took the same care they would in their own homes. Mike also was extremely fair; he said the job took less time than he expected because some of the repairs weren't as intensive as they might have been, and charged me less than estimate I'd approved, which amazed me. Trustworthy, thorough, and exceptional quality work. I would highly recommend this team, and will absolutely use them the next time we paint.

From the estimate appointment, accountability to begin the project on the appointed date, through tying up all loose ends, Mike Duff and his associate, here highly professional, skilled, easy to communicate with, and trust worthy. Our interior looks lighter, newer and well maintained thanks to the fresh up paint job. Our deck look dilapidated and worn before Mike power washed and stained it. Mike also discovered that a section of the deck had wood rot. He showed me the problem, and with permission ( for a small up charge) he cut out the rotted wood and spliced in the new. The Pergola also looks great. 100% pleased with the outcome.

I have not had services rendered due to contractors back log caused by spring early summer rains. I am planning to have painting done in spring 2016.

Mike and his crew were very professional and courteous. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the job (2 working days). Mike was flexible with our start date (he gave us a bid in October but we had to delay the project until February), which we appreciated. He also helped us get in contact with an interior designer to help pick out colors. They showed up on time and left my home in a relatively clean state. Mike even came back the day after completion to fix up a couple spots that my husband and I noticed. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the job and will hire him again in the future. We would strongly recommend him to any of our friends and family.
