I called and explained to the owner my issue. He was very nice and scheduled someone to come out right away. The guy was very nice and fixed our leak. He also identified that the fan was broken. He removed the fan and said he would place an order for the replacement fan hat was needed and would be back to replace it by the end of the week. Several weeks passed and we did not hear from the repairman about the fan. We called Crews again to check on the fan and to let them know that the refrigerator had started leaking again. Spoke to the owner who put us in touch with the same repair person. He was scheduled to come, but couldn't remember our address. To his credit, he tried to call my cell phone number, but unfortunately, I did not hear it. As a result, he did not come. I tried to call him back but could not reach him. I never heard back from Crews and we opted to go another route to get the refrigerator fixed.

Went well. Gary replaced needed parts to make my fridge work and completed work on day and time scheduled. Thanks Gary.

He told me water was draining out instead of filling the washer because the hose was on the floor. I propped it up and was able to do my wash. He deserves credit for giving me free information that solved my problem.

Contacted Gary on Sunday and he repaired our dryer on Monday. Professional, responsive and would definitely contact this company again!

Called Gary on April 23, 2012 and he came over on April 24th to give an estimate/tell us if washing machine was repairable. He determined that it was worth fixing and he would have to order some parts. Said that bearings and some belts needed to be replaced. Told us that he would be back on Monday April 30th. Gary called on the 30th and told us part still had not come in but would call us when they did. The next day Gary called and come over and fixed our washer. So far all is well. He did say if any problems to call him. Very nice man. Worked neatly and efficiently.

I would hire CREW again in a minute! They were really excellent. They came immediately because I was leaving town and didn't want continued water leaking on my floor. Really good people! And not expensive, either.!

I called at 9PM and Gary's wife answered. She was pleasant and promised he would return the call first thing in the morning. Gary did call at 7 AM and asked for details of the problem. He said he'd be out in an hour and he showed up exactly when he said. He took one look at the fridge and got on the phone. After he hung up he said he could fix the fridge, it would be $125 and he could get the part and come back and fix the fridge on the same day. He did just that. The fridge was finished by noon and it cost exactly what he had quoted me. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. Gary was professional and pleasant the whole time.

Though this service call could have been avoided entirely if I had, long before now, followed some very good advice that Gary gave me yesterday, I will feel a little better if I pass along his wise recommendations to your readers: KNOW WHICH APPLIANCES, LIGHTS, ETCETERA ARE ON WHICH BREAKERS!! Do this by turning on everything in the house - except computers - and figure out which breaker turns off what. Two people using walkie talkies or cell phones will make the job easier. Use a piece of paper to write all this information down - don't try to fit it on the tiny space allowed inside the fuse box. (In my case, the imformation inside the box was incorrect: "stove" was written next to a breaker that didn't actually control that appliance). Gary also suggested that - in case of emergency, anyone who spends time in the house should KNOW WHERE THE MAIN SHUT OFF FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING IS LOCATED: WATER, ELECTRIC AND GAS. There ... now I don't feel like I totally blew $70 on a service call thanks to my own operator malfunction.

Gary is very professional. He does what he says he will do. I had broken the stove, he ordered the parts, called me when they were in and made an effort to get them installed very quickly. He is great. I highly recommend him.

Gary returned my call promptly and scheduled a time that day to come out and give me an estimate. He said that he would be at my home at 10 am and he arrived promptly at 10 am. Gary, proceeded to check out my washing machine and found the water valve bad. He provided me with a written estimate and said he had the part on his truck and could repair the washing machine now. I told him to go ahead and fix the washing machine. Gary, proceeded to repair my washing machine in a very professional manner. He protected the floor and the washing machine prior to repairing so when he moved the washing machine it did not damage the floor and his tools would not damage the washing machine. When he completed the repair, he cleaned up the area he was working in. I would definitely call Gary back for any appliance I needed.
