Crews Appliance Repair

Don't call anyone else! Crews Appliance Repair is the BEST!!! I have used them twice now. Very trustworthy! Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous!!! They fix your appliance right the first time and don't do more than is needed. They even guarantee their work. It's so easy to get ripped off when servicing an appliance, but this company won't rip you off.

Good. The rack's mount was replaced with better than original parts (stainless steel verses flimsy plastic).

They never showed up - still haven't heard a word a full week later. Ended up getting another company.

Mike did a great job. All is working well. I was able to get an appointment same day but had to wait a few days for parts. Could not have gone better.

Tech forgot part but returned later and fixed the problem.

Mike squeezed our visit into his morning route, showed up and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the needed part on the spot and came back the next morning. Everything was working within 15 minutes and we are so happy and satisfied. Thank you!

It was an excellent experience. Mike basically saved us the cost of a new Bosh dishwasher by showing us how to correct a number of problems by cleaning filters and removing built up deposits on the main rotor In addition he discovered a small leak in the ice maker in the refrigerator which had slowly saturated the flooring behind the fridge, The flooring will need to be replaced but the problem would have been much worse had he not located and stopped the leak After all above, and after an hour , Mike only charged us the standard service call rate. No more. Crews is a small family run operation. We would definitely use them again. Their service and personal approach was outstanding

A part was ordered and the dryer was repaired the next day Did a very good job.

I was very pleased and impressed with Crews Appliance. I received a quick response to my request for service even though I called at 6:30 at night. The owner took my service call and had Mike return my call to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer at a minimal cost. I will definately call Crews Appliance the next time I need any appliance repaired.

They pronounced it dead

Great. Mike figured it out right away, got the part and fixed it.

I had a good experience with them. I think I remember correctly they were $49 or $50 service to come out and assess the problem, and then if you end up using them to repair the problem they credit that amount to the cost of what the repairs are. I want to said the refrigerator was maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of $250.

Their responsivity, they quickly respond even over the weekends or evenings, I would hear from them. It wasn?t long after I called them that they got back. I don?t know if it was evening, but I know definitely, that they called me back over the weekend. On another occassion, I worked with them on my dryer, on the dryer they ended up referring me to a specialist.

He did a great job. He knew exactly what was wrong and he came right out and fixed it.

Contacted provider on 2.15.16 around 11 am expecting to get an appointment for later in the week. An appointment was made for the same day. Provider was on time and quickly accessed the problem, provided me with the cost of the repair, and made the repair quickly. In addition he provided information to keep the appliance going for a long time. Great sense of humor as well.

Problem with washing machine was fixed quickly and efficiently.  He was knowledgeable about the problem and what was needed.  He did have to get a part, but was back the next day to complete the work, so all went well.

He already knew what he needed to do and repaired it immediately.

Went fine. Crews was able to schedule the appointment for the day I requested it and arrived on time. Had the washing me fixed and ready to go in no time at all. Explained to me what might go wrong next on this older machine, approximate costs for repairs and when it would be best to replace rather than to continue to repair. I appreciate the input.
