Tech forgot part but returned later and fixed the problem.

Mike squeezed our visit into his morning route, showed up and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the needed part on the spot and came back the next morning. Everything was working within 15 minutes and we are so happy and satisfied. Thank you!

It was an excellent experience. Mike basically saved us the cost of a new Bosh dishwasher by showing us how to correct a number of problems by cleaning filters and removing built up deposits on the main rotor In addition he discovered a small leak in the ice maker in the refrigerator which had slowly saturated the flooring behind the fridge, The flooring will need to be replaced but the problem would have been much worse had he not located and stopped the leak After all above, and after an hour , Mike only charged us the standard service call rate. No more. Crews is a small family run operation. We would definitely use them again. Their service and personal approach was outstanding

A part was ordered and the dryer was repaired the next day Did a very good job.

I was very pleased and impressed with Crews Appliance. I received a quick response to my request for service even though I called at 6:30 at night. The owner took my service call and had Mike return my call to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer at a minimal cost. I will definately call Crews Appliance the next time I need any appliance repaired.

I had a good experience with them. I think I remember correctly they were $49 or $50 service to come out and assess the problem, and then if you end up using them to repair the problem they credit that amount to the cost of what the repairs are. I want to said the refrigerator was maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of $250. Their responsivity, they quickly respond even over the weekends or evenings, I would hear from them. It wasn?t long after I called them that they got back. I don?t know if it was evening, but I know definitely, that they called me back over the weekend. On another occassion, I worked with them on my dryer, on the dryer they ended up referring me to a specialist.

He did a great job. He knew exactly what was wrong and he came right out and fixed it.

Contacted provider on 2.15.16 around 11 am expecting to get an appointment for later in the week. An appointment was made for the same day. Provider was on time and quickly accessed the problem, provided me with the cost of the repair, and made the repair quickly. In addition he provided information to keep the appliance going for a long time. Great sense of humor as well.

Problem with washing machine was fixed quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable about the problem and what was needed. He did have to get a part, but was back the next day to complete the work, so all went well.

He already knew what he needed to do and repaired it immediately.

Went fine. Crews was able to schedule the appointment for the day I requested it and arrived on time. Had the washing me fixed and ready to go in no time at all. Explained to me what might go wrong next on this older machine, approximate costs for repairs and when it would be best to replace rather than to continue to repair. I appreciate the input.

Gary never gave up. He brought in other people to try and fix problem and replaced multiple parts - hoping to solve the problem. Nothing seemed to work, but he never gave up or abandoned me. We fell into a partial fix by accident. Gary never tried to charge me for unnecessary parts and he made the calls on his time. There isn't enough I can say. The man is as honest as the day is long. Not so easy to find anymore. Thank you, Gary.

The compressor to my refrigerator was not staying on, called Crews in the morning along with 5-6 other companies. Gary called backed right away and said he could have someone out same day at 1:30-2:00. Crews was the only company that could fit me in same day. Mike showed up on time, was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Fixed the cooling issue right off and then worked diligently to figure out my ice maker issue. He came up with a creative solution to fix a pressure problem that would have required a new refrigerator filtration system (already receiving filtered water through a Culligan system). Extremely happy customer. Thanks Gary and Mike!

He was very punctual and gave me a lot of info on each direction I could go (repair, no repair, new fridge), etc.

Gary, the owner, helped me by phone, and Mike showed up in person to solve my dishwasher problems. Mike is a trusted, professional, and helpful employee. My experience with them has turned me into a huge fan of Crews Appliance Repair. I called around to several other businesses from Angie's List, none of which could help me for a few days or more. When calling this one, Gary Crews answered and said they could come out the next day. The technician, Mike, called me in advance and showed up as planned. He was extremely nice and competant. I highly recommend Crews.

I do not remember how much they charged me for the service and the job actually did not go really well. It took them quite a while to figure out the problem and quite a few return visits to get parts and install parts. It seemed like a long drawn out affair. They were nice enough about it and I understand that it was like a holiday weekend and things but when the part came in, I had to wait several days because other people were ahead of me and it was like, "Okay, that is ridiculous. I have been waiting for this part to come in and I have been without my refrigerator for quite a long while." It took them a while to figure out what was wrong with it and a couple of visits before they even did that. It turned out to be not really a minimal thing but not a huge thing either so it was just very frustrating. Their price was probably comparable to other repair people but I am not really sure because I have not had anything like that done before. It was a very long drawn out process and it should not have taken that long. They fixed it so that part was okay but their service was not good. I got to talk to them on the phone but I could not get them to come out here. They said that I had to go to the bottom of the list once the part even came in.

The service provided was excellent. Gary came out the same day, but had to order a part. The part was in the following day and he arranged the install after hours (as we couldn't get off work) at no additional charge. He even gave our little girl the $2.12 he found inside our dryer :)

Appointment was set to give estimate on repair of dishwasher on 06/16/2014, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. No phone call, no show. Very disappointed!

Washer broke on Wednesday and I called around to several places, none of which could help me for a couple days (even a week in one case), so I kept trying people here from Angie's List. Got hold of Crews who said they could come out on Thursday. The technician, Mike, called me in advance as I had requested. He diagnosed the problem and had the part the very next day and had it fixed. He even spent time evaluating the washer to see if he could see whether there some root cause for the failure. He was extremely nice and so responsive. I highly recommend Crews and specifically Mike.

Discovered the leak at 5pm on a Thursday. Started calling appliance repair services from Angie's List and the first two that were still open that time of the afternoon could not have a repair person at my place until the following Mon or Tue. When I called Crews, Gary Crews (the owner) called his partner Mike who was on a call and confirmed he could check out the problem the following day. I provided the model number and described the problem. Mike arrived as scheduled with the replacement part in hand. 45 min. later the fridge was repaired and we were back to normal. Mike was professional and friendly. Gary and Mike demonstrated the kind of responsiveness and customer focus I look for in a service business. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs an major appliance repaired.

This was an excellent experience. I called on a Monday morning around 11. Gary was at my house by 1:00. He diagnosed my problem was a faulty drain pump, which he had to order. He was able to return by the next afternoon an finish the repair. Gary was pleasant to do business with and efficient in his work. I will definitely call Crews back again.

Great! Simply, stove was pushed back too far and unplugged dishwasher.

One of few willing to come out on holiday weekend. On time, courteous, professional, and charged normal service charge (no weekend charge). Able to identify problem relatively quickly. Will use again and recommend to others.
