Their quality of work was sloppy because they lifted an armoire by the door and ended up breaking the hinge. The only thing that was good was that they did show up to do the work on time and they were pretty reasonable in their price however it took 3 months for them to have the armoire repaired. Time was spent waiting on them to pick it up and the furniture repair guy waiting to find out who was going to pay for it before he started the work. When they finally brought it back, they ended up breaking the other hinge. They did not pay to repair that one. I wouldn't use them again.

I had used them once before and the crew was so good, that I requested them again. They are very personable and helpful. I did the packing, but they helped me with the boxes. They arrived on time and came in under their estimate.

This is not the first time that I have used this company and once again they really pleased me. I know people who have used them and have not been happy, but when it has come to my moves, they always take real good care of me. They are punctual, they are good about the estimates they give me, they do not break things, and I think they are all around a pretty good company to be perfectly honest with you.

They were excellent and I was very happy with them. The people in the office were great and also the 3 people that did the moving. I would recommend them.

My company contracted with this firm to move our office furniture from Labadie to Chesterfield. On Jan 31, the night prior to moving day, Feb 1, the St Louis area received about 1 inch of snow. The morning of moving day, a truck showed up with a crew of 3 twenty-somethings and they refused to work citing unsafe conditions. We called their HQ for help/problem resolution and received none. They refused to send out someone to independently verify - or not - what was being told to them by their crew. We explained there had been moving traffic by others that morning prior to their arrival. Still refused to lend any assistance. We pleaded with them for help as this move was CRITICAL to our office. They refused all efforts and suggestions we posed to find a solution. At the last minute, we were forced to find another firm who was able to move us the next day; this firm had also moved clients 2/1 with no problems. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO MOVE ANYTHING!

I felt it went okay. They sent three guys and I was expecting two. They also arrived early. I don't remember them phoning before they arrived. Difficult in that I was doing some last minute packing as I recall.

They were amazing. I can't say enough good things about them.

They did very well. They are always quick and professional. The price is incredibly more reasonable than other movers, and they do as well.

It went very well. Movers were extremely courteous and professional. It was a difficult move because we had to move everything into the first floor due to floors being refinished upstairs. The movers were extremely careful. They wrapped all furniture (included upholstered couches & chairs)in moving blankets then used shrink wrap to hold them in place. There were no scratches and everything stayed clean. They returned several days later and moved the appropriate furniture and boxes upstairs. They were vary careful with the floors and did an excellent job.

Overall they did a good job in the 9.5 hours it took to load and unload. What they thought would be a snap turned out to take longer than expected. Even though they took care in packing, some things still got damaged. It's the damaged items I'm having trouble with on settlement. They were also going to unload the Go Mini 8 x 18 storage unit, but they kept talking about the ball games they had to be at and after 9 hours I told them to go home. The men talked me into their packing the pictures in my SUV and unloading them rather than individual packing in boxes. These items received a lot of damage. I felt during unpacking they were rushing because of the time, and not taking care with some items. My computer work station was hell for them and took a lot of time. On this they did an excellent job. The men worked hard!

The two men came, as promised, between 8 and 9 am. They asked about protecting the floors, which we didn't need, but they protected the doorways and padded and wrapped all large pieces. They were extremely nice, especially James, who was running the show. They worked hard and fast, only stopping momentarily for water. What impressed me most, though, was that the night before we found out that the buyers of our old house wanted a stove we offered. That morning I called to find out if they could make the return trip with the one stove to the old house. I expected the answer to be "No," or that there would be additional charges. To my amazement, they said they would if they had time. And they didn't mind that we helped them move items in order to save time. Every item was placed where we wanted it, and it appears that nothing was damaged, even a little bit.

Ive used them three times in the past year (twice myself and once for my mother). Ive been very pleased with their service. I had three different teams and they were polite, helpful and accommodating. I had no problems. They furnished me with boxes and when I ran out they had more on the truck. The price was as quoted. I highly recommend them.

Alex, Tom and Dave were a great moving crew. They were clean, polite, and very professional. They arrived right on time and tackled the task after a brief tour and instructions. They literally jogged to and from the truck when they didn't have loads in their arms. They were very quick at unloading even though many items were going to the 3rd floor. The price was overall appropriate for the work done, but the extra fee for the piano seemed a little high.

This is the second time that we have used this company and were very happy with our move. The movers were very efficient and professional. Would definitely use them again.

I have used this company several times in the past and have been happy, however, this move was one of the worst ever. The packers didn't have sufficient boxes or materials to pack the house. I asked them to mark the contents of the boxes, explaining that kitchen wasn't sufficient for me to organize and find things easily. In response I got boxes marked kitchen stuff and kitchen wear (sic). They were unable to provide materials for me to pack the small things that were left over, saying they would have to change the paperwork if they did. I ended up spending 2 days making trips in the car, unpacking some boxes, going to the house to repack and returning to the new house to unpack. The truck wasn't large enough and required 2 trips. After 12 hours of moving (approximately 15 miles), there are probably 25 boxes that have been left in the wrong site. (House when it should have been storage or vice versa.) I will be spending the next several weekends sorting things out.

The move was scheduled for a Saturday between 8-9 am. They arrived at 8:45. Kelly and Chris introduced themselves and took a look around to determine the type of items to be moved. Everything was loaded in less than 2 hours. A drop off of several items was made at a storage facility en-route to the final destination. The unloading process went much faster than the loading. All large items had been shrink wrapped and the large screen TV had been wrapped in moving blankets. The bed was disassembled and reassembled. They made the moving experience enjoyable and stress-free. The entire move took less than 5 hours.

Scheduled the move for a time convenient for me. They showed up on time, wrapped the wooden pieces so they wouldnt get scratched. Then they delivered and set up the furniture. Were very professional and provided friendly service.

THESE GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME, FAST, POLITE, CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE, PLEASANT, FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND HAPPY TO GO THAT EXTRA DISTANCE FOR ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS. TREATED MY FAMILY AND POSSESSIONS WITH RESPECT. VERY PROFESSIONAL- KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I HAVE MOVED APPROXIMATELY 15 TIMES DURING MY LIFETIME AND HAVE USED ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF MOVERS. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK WAS ONE OF THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. THREE MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME AT MY HOUSE AND TWO OF THEM IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE ALLERGIC TO CATS(I HAVE 3 CATS)I TOLD THEM THAT PERHAPS THEY SHOULD CONTACT THE MAIN OFFICE AND REQUEST TWO OTHER MOVERS BUT THEY DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON MY REQUEST. A HALF HOUR LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SUPERVISOR TELLING ME THAT ME THAT THE MOVERS HAD CALLED HIM TO SAY THAT MY RESIDENCE WAS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY AND THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE ME. I WAS SHOCKED AND TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THAT THE MOVERS HAD AN ATTITUDE BEFORE THEY WALKED IN MY DOOR. THE SUPERVISOR THEN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO INSPECT AND DECIDED THAT IT WAS SAFE TO PROCEED. THE MOVERS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE NUMBER OF BOXES AND LEFT THE MAJORITY OF THE BOXES IN THE BASEMENT DESPITE MY REQUEST TO PLACE THEM IN THE ROOMS FOR WHICH THEY WERE CLEARLY LABELED.

ON TUES AUG. 23RD, I TOOK OFF WORK AND WAITED FOR THE MOVERS FOR 4 HOURS. THEY NEVER SHOWED. AT 6, I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WERE COMING, BUT THE OFFICES CLOSE EARLY, EVEN THOUGH MOVE WINDOW RUNS UNTIL 7. WHEN I CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY, I WAS TOLD THAT THE MOVE WAS SCHEDULED FOR TUES, AUG 30. I EXPLAINED THAT THIS WAS A MISTAKE AS I HAD SPECIFICALLY SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 23RD SINCE I HAD TO BE OUT OF APARTMENT BY 26TH. THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH DENIED THAT SHE HAD MADE SCHEDULING ERROR, SAYING IT WAS MY MISTAKE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD WORK WITH ME ON RESCHEDULING TIMES SINCE I HAD ALREADY TAKEN OFF A LOT OF WORK TIME WAITING FOR THE MOVERS WHO DIDN'T SHOW. SHE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR SCHEDULING WRONG AND SHE WOULDN'T WORK TO SEE IF WE COULD FIND A BETTER TIME. HER ATTITUDE WAS RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. WHEN SHE ASKED WHETHER WE WOULD BE RESCHEDULING, I SAID WE WOULD USE SOMEONE ELSE WITH BETTER CUST. SERVICE. HER RESPONSE WAS ''FINE'' AND SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN.

THE MOVERS WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. NO DAMAGE OCCURRED TO ANY ITEMS MOVED. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID NOT WASTE TIME ON THE JOB. IF WE SHOULD NEED SUCH A SERVICE AGAIN, WE WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

TWO MEN AND A LARGE TRUCK WERE ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND CAREFUL, DID NOT WASTE TIME WITH IDLE CHATTER. GOOD, AND PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE. NOTE: AFTER ARRIVAL THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR. OVERALL, IT WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE.

THE SALES REP GAVE US A NUMBER OF ALTERNATIVES TO CONSIDER. HIS ESTIMATES WERE ACCURATE. THE MOVERS, PACKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME TO DO SOME PREPWORK. ON MOVE DAY THE JOB WENT WELL, AS PLANNED. WE WERE FINISHED WITH THE MOVE BEFORE NOON. THE MOVERS WERE CLEAN, PERSONABLE AND SHARED MOVING BLANKETS WITH US.

GREAT MOVING EXPERIENCE. GUYS WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. ONLY TWO PROBLEMS: TRUCK WASN'T BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR BELONGINGS SO WE HAD TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK LATER AND SOME FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED FROM HOW THEY STACKED IT IN THE TRUCK. VERY MINOR DAMAGE AND SCRATCHES.

MOVERS WERE TOO SMALL TO DO THE JOB AT AN ACCEPTABLE SPEED, THEREFORE IT COST US MORE. THEY TOOK A LUNCH DURING MOVE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. MADE RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT OUR POSSESSIONS, 'THIS IS JUNK'. DID NOT STAND UP TO QUALITY OF PREVIOUS MOVES WITH THIS COMPANY.
