Description of Work: They installed quartzite counters with out applying life time sealant after paying an additional $500.00 for that service. They left no brackets for dishwasher mounting after saying they would. Sink installation was a joke, the mounting brackets were placed in the wrong spot by installers, so let rigged up (2) 1x2 boards and screwed them into my existing cabinets to hold up sink and granite! They were pulled off my job to finish another job prior to finishing and said they would later return, two days later they returned and raced through the rest of the install so they could go out to do another. Lack of pride, and ownership in there work was shown throughout! After complaining to the owner of how poor the service was. He responded with no solutions to fix our issues, he blamed us for using some type of acidic cleaner for the spots showing because of no sealant being applied. And to top it all off, he said if this was his house, "he would be unsatisfied." One would think after spending the amount of money we spent, and seeing all of the mistakes made on this particular job, the owner of the company ( Mr. Enis Hodzic) would take pride and ownership to correct these issues! After all there mission statement reads: Granite Buster's goal is to provide the best customer service along with the best granite price quality & fastest turnaround time. They failed in all three of those categories! Learn from my expensive misfortune! Don't go to them for granite counters.....BIG MISTAKE!!!!!

Description of Work: My wife and I were in the market to update our kitchen counter tops and shopped around. We chose Granite Buster's in Arnold. No complaints, they take what is a heavy and complicated task and make it look easy. We are very pleased would (and have already) recommended Granite Buster's.

Description of Work: We hired Granite Busters to put in a counter top and sink. The job went well, countertop looks great, sink looks great. They were very professional and I would use them again. They were a few hours late, but other than that, it was great.

 + 0 moreMr. Enis Hodzic is the person we dealt with. They made a mistake on scheduling and so they went out of their way to rectify their mistake. Some of the paper work got stapled together. They built the entire countertop in one day and had it out to us the next day after the delivery date. It got delayed by 2 days. They did a very nice job and were very professional. Their business is booming now. They were very good. They were really distraught when they found that they made a mistake. They called us back and did everything they could to satisfy us. The error that they made was understandable. They did a great job. They make efforts to advertise their business very well. We would use their services in the future too.
