This contact information is left at your home with every cleaning!! We have cleaned your home 179 times over 8 years, with no record of complaint from you, so if you are not able to give us an "A" for quality we certainly would be interested in learning more as to why? I will have an Quality Coach contact you directly to ask about this rating. Relative to the C grade on pricing, over the 8 years of service we raised your price from $84 to $87 in 2009 with no other price increases even though cleaner wage increases, insurance costs, gas, inflation over those 6 years would indicate much higher prices. Description of Work: Very professional. Move in clean of our home great follow and customer service not a fan of the green products used for cleaning so next time I will supply my own but other than that would refer them to anybody.

They immediately were defensive and closed minded about the damage to the floor. They even went so far to say that my dog created the stains! In the past, they have broken a soap dish, wine glass, candles and a grill from a large window. I have never asked them to reimburse me except for a glass container they broke. I want them to share the cost to have my floor cleaned & polished.
Description of Work: Housecleaning twice monthly for the last year. I have had to complain several times about the poor quality of the work. I was talked out of firing them with the promise they would send another team who did a better job. They sent another team who did a better job until they damaged my marble floor. They cleaned my floor with something other than water. Several areas of the floor have large water-like stains on it. The stains will not come off. The floor will have to be professionally cleaned and polished.

WE CLEANED FOR THIS HOMEOWNER 26 TIMES OVER 14 MONTHS. WHEN CALLED ABOUT HER MARBLE FLOOR, I WENT TO THE HOUSE MYSELF TO WITNESS HER COMPLAINT. IT WAS VERY CORDIAL AND COMPLETE. I RECOMMENDED A PROFESSIONAL MARBLE CARE COMPANY TO ADDRESS THE CONCERN. SHE HAD USED THE THIS COMPANY ANNUALLY IN THE PAST FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND THE OWNER NEW THE MEMBERS. IT WAS THE FLOOR CLEANING COMPANY WHO INDICATED THAT PET URINE (THEY HAVE A DOG), JUICE, WINE, ANY ACID BASED LIQUID WOULD STAIN THE FLOOR BUT REGULAR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WOULD EASILY SOLVE THIS. HE WAS SCHEDULED TO CLEAN THE FLOOR AS HE HAD DONE THREE TIMES IN THE PAST, ONLY THIS TIME THE MEMBER WANTED THE CLEANING AUTHORITY TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEANING AND I DECLINED. ONLY THEN DID SHE "LIGHT ME UP" WITH COMMENTS ABOUT OTHER BREAKAGE/DAMAGE THAT "WE HAD CAUSED". WE WILL PERFORM OVER 13,000 CLEANINGS THIS YEAR AND SHE IS THE ONLY CLAIMANT ON ANGIE'S LIST THAT IS UPSET WITH OUR RESPONSE TO ANY CLAIMS. THE OTHER TWO (ONE VERY OLD) ARE SIMPLY MISUNDERSTANDINGS ABOUT OUR SERVICE OR ESTIMATION POLICY. ANYONE LOOKING FOR REFERENCES FROM OUR OVER 500 PLEASED CLIENTS NEED ONLY ASK. Overall, I was unimpressed with the call I placed. A gentleman answered the phone and basically asked me about my house and quoted me $135 without even getting square footage or details on what I needed done. He couldn't really tell me what this quote was based on or how many hours he estimated the quote included. He didn't strike me as being very professional and didn't give me details on what the cleaning included. I decided not to go with this company based on this phone call. The website and the brochures are more impressive than the personnel.

THAT SAID, OUR CALL CENTER IN COLUMBIA MARYLAND HANDLES THIS OFFICES INBOUND CALLS SIMPLY TO MANAGE THE CALL SO THAT THE OWNER CAN VISIT WITH THE POTENTIAL CLIENT. WE DO RECEIVE NUMEROUS CALLS TO OUR OFFICE AND DO NOT WANT TO DISAPPOINT ANYONE, SO IF SOMEONE CALLS TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND LEAVES A CONTACT NUMBER, WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RESPOND AT ANY TIME! WE APPRECIATE THE FEEDBACK AND WILL WORK TO RESOLVE THIS FOR FUTURE CALLERS. AGAIN, WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE MIS-COMMUNICATION ON OUR PART.

I called the Manchester number from Angie's List, but was routed to this guy without knowing, until he showed up. He said that he "owns" our zip code and it is in his coverage area. He didn't have a clue how Angie's List works or what it is and told me that companies have to pay to be on Angie's List to be members, which isn't true. He referred me to other people he works with and he got frustrated when I kept asking, if they were on Angie's List also. The experience made me feel very uncomfortable. He downplayed Angie's List and when we asked him about the different kinds of work that his people would do, he said it was outside of the realm of what they usually do and said he doesn't have tall enough people to clean things that are up high. I did sign a service agreement, but I am going cancel because I don't want to use him. It was a very bad experience.

AS THEY WERE FROM OUT OF TOWN I ALSO TRIED TO HELP WITH OTHER HOME SERVICES RECOMMENDATIONS. I HAVE CONDUCTED 1000'S OF ESTIMATES OVER 3.5 YEARS AND THIS WAS THE FIRST QUESTION ABOUT ANGIE'S LIST. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY OTHER INTERACTION AND TOLD THEM SO. I ANSWERED ALL THEIR QUESTIONS, AND QUOTED A PRICE AND WE SETTLED ON A DATE TO CLEAN. ON THE DAY PRIOR, THEY CANCELED WITH LIMITED NOTICE AND NO RATIONALE. I AM INSULTED BY THEIR CLAIMS. WE RATE IN THE TOP 10% OF ALL CLEANING AUTHORITY'S AROUND THE COUNTRY, CLEAN FOR OVER 475 CLIENTS OVER 11,000 TIMES TO A 97% SATISFIED RATIO THIS PAST YEAR ALONE. WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK AND DO EVERYTHING TO THE HIGHEST ETHICAL STANDARDS! I DO NOT FEEL THIS RATING IS JUSTIFIED OR FAIR. SINCERELY, TOM GLEICH, OWNER
