Mark Clark is excellent, He is honest and hardworking and does quality work. His attention to detail and service to his customers is outstanding. We used him last winter for work in our newly renovated basement (Ultra TV, surround sound, high quality audio, etc) and he did a fantastic job. Everything came together very smoothly. He works with you to understand your budget then provides options for purchase. He picks up all of the equipment and installs directly to the home.
We brought Mark back this summer to do audio/video in our outside area around a pool, under a deck and at the deck level. He found a WONDERFUL solution that allows us to play music/watch TV all from a remote app. His attention to detail and quality workmanship is superior.
Mark is very knowledgeable and goes the extra step to meet customer needs. I would highly recommend Mark with no hesitation.

In addition to the TV, Mark happily mounted a soundbar that I had not previously mentioned to him (sorry Mark) which was delivered that day. It was something that I assumed would be a short and sweet task, and no harm no foul if Mark wasn't able to do it. He did so without complaining - it's definitely something that needs to be done professionally. This was a big plus.
Lastly, Mark was extremely professional, laid back, and had an answer for every question I threw at him. His knowledge and expertise of home theatre was very evident. I would recommend Mark to friends and family and I will seek his services again as necessary.

I was also impressed with his follow up skills. He called shortly after installation was complete to see if everything was working to my satisfaction and if I had any further questions about any of the systems he installed for me.
Because of the complexity of the systems, I have had to call him a couple of different times to confirm how different parts of the system worked, do to the lack of experience with the new systems. He was always good with getting back to me in a timely fashion, when he was unable to take the call.
