Tony(the owner) was very professional and friendly at the same time. Arrived on time, with one other helper. Took a note of each item i needed fixed, and immediately started work on the same. When the work was complete, he had me check each and every item that was fixed and was happy and willing to re-do something that i thought wasn't done to my satisfaction. He also went over and beyond to help me out by lending some of his tools to fix my garage door(which is not something their company does) and a kitchen cabinet. Thoroughly satisfied and would recommend to anyone. A+++

It was one of our hottest, muggiest days in St. Louis. I was on may way out to walk my dog, and as soon as I shut the door behind me, I realized I forgot my keys and I don't carry my phone with me. I always lock up as I live alone in a condominium community and have only lived in this area for 7 months. I have no relatives less than 25 miles away. I knocked on a young couple's door and they made a call for me to a locksmith in the O'Fallon area. He contacted ARC and the owner Tony said he was in the Newtown area but could be here after that appointment. My neighbor and I thought it would be quicker to call another locksmith. It was 7:55 PM when my neighbor placed the call to the second locksmith. The locksmith said he would be here within 45 minutes. I became concerned at 9:00 PM as the locksmith never contacted my neighbor to say he was running late. When my neighbor called the the number, no one answered. My neighbor told me Tony, from ARC, our first choice, called 30 minutes piror to make sure I got into my home. We decided then to get Tony on the phone to see if he could still make the call. Within 20 minutes ARC showed up and Tony let me into my home. Tony is he owner of ARC; what great service; what a great guy. ne call

They showed up and did the job well. He was a nice guy to work with.

He showed up about half an hour after I called him. He gave me an approximate figure to replace 3 deadbolt locks, and it was lower than what I thought it would be. He did a terrific job at a great low price.

I called Tony last week and told him what I needed and asked him to meet my son at my rental property at 10:30am. Tony arrived promptly and started working immediately. Besides doing what I ordered he went beyond what was expected when he fixed, At no charge to me, a small problem with one of the locks. He was done is a reasonable amount of time and cleaned the area when he was finished. Tony had the paperwork showing that I had bought the deal so there was no problem with the bill I highly recommend ARC Locksmith.

I was surprised they used a jimmy and not a type of lock pick. I was concerned by the stress on the window. I also thought the price was high. They did come quickly but were not especially professional.
