They were very knowledgeable on different painting schemes and color combinations.

Very helpful and knowledgable. I really felt like the appraiser paid attention to my needs but also knew what the best procedures were for my needs. I did not end up getting painting done at this time but I would recommend them.

We chose to delay painting but will definitely use Kennedy when we are ready to proceed. They are extremely professional.

This work was part of an insurance claim for hail damage. Nate came out to the house to look over the work, take measurements and get me a proposal. He was prompt and polite. He was very patient and helpful in answering clarification questions and updating his bid with additional details to allow me to convince the insurance adjuster to raise their estimate for the cost of this work. In the end we decided to replace the siding instead of patch and paint all of it so we didn't follow through on this proposal. However, I would still recommend Kennedy Painting.

This is a follow up to a previous review done in the fall of 2015. This Spring I noticed some blistering of paint and degradation of panel material installed when Kennedy Painting completed an Exterior paint job on my CWE townhome. I contacted the company via email about the issue and received a very prompt response. Within two days the company project coordinator did an inspection and the following day I was contacted directly by the company owner, Sean Kennedy. He agreed the repair work would be covered under the standard warranty. The original plywood was determined to be the main problem so an alternative solution was suggested where the damaged panels were removed and replaced with a concrete board material. Area was thoroughly caulked and repainted (2 coats) and I could not be happier with the result. Every aspect of this service from the original job to the warranty repair was handled with complete professionalism and honesty. This is a company that stands behind what it does and honors their commitment to keep customers 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Kennedy Painting if you are looking for a house painter that does high quality work with pride and attention to detail at a competitive price.

Excellent work on a difficult project. They were able to fit us in quickly to work with our timeline. All workers very professional. Would definately use again.

Kennedy provided 2 painters who arrived on time, covered all areas to prevent spills, worked efficiently, & cleaned up everything in a professional manner. Both painters were personable & professional.

The were very detailed while applying the Cabot's Deck over the upright posts and steps while being very careful around the vinyl railing. Everything they did was quality. I highly recommend Kennedy Painting.

They were great but much higher in price than who I went with. I regret it now - should have gone w Kennedy. Trying to get a hold of them now to finish job left unfinished by other painters.

Each person I interacted with was very professional and interested in making sure they were doing exactly what I needed done. I never felt like any change or request was an imposition. Nate, the estimator, understood that I wanted to neutralize the colors that were on the walls and freshen up any damaged walls with the least expense possible since it was being painted to have it on the market - the next owners would likely want to repaint at some point. He suggested ways to get the cost down quite a bit from the initial (and from the alternate bid we got), which would still accomplish the goals of a fresh look. Ric, the team leader, came out ahead of time to be sure he knew what needed to be done. I had some changes to what I wanted from the initial estimate, and he was great about making sure those were reflected in a change order so I had a new estimate. They were willing to start a day early, but the house was not ready, so they were gracious about starting on the agreed-to date. The crew was courteous and each introduced themselves to me as they appeared. When Ric had to be off the job he made sure that I knew Ryan was in charge if I needed anything. They covered everything not being painted, and removed the covering before leaving for the night so I could use my kitchen and space. When someone missed a plaster "mess" that was not cleaned up before leaving for the day, Ric found it the next morning and called it out as "unacceptable" and apologized. They did a better job of being right on the edges than the previous painters had done, as they had to go and overpaint some edges where the previous color had gone too far. They had to fix a corner where paint was bubbling due to moisture, and I would never have known it was patched if I wasn't looking for it. After they left I found a spot that was missed over a cabinet door, and they came right over to fix it (and checked the other cabinets just in case, finding one other spot). Quality job, quality company.

Bob and Tim were great, hope they come back in early summer for an exterior job already scheduled. Great company would hire again. . Worked around a crazy work schedule.

I hired Kennedy as a present for my son. The team was very professional. The work was fabulous. They even advised me when a color I selected using an app on my phone was not what I expected. Pink in my son's master bathroom. OMG I'm glad they caught it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

WOW! Kennedy Painting is a first rate company. I reached out to the Kennedy team based upon a previous great experience with some deck work they had done for me. Adam, one of their Sales contacts promptly connected with me and walked me through my options during his face-to-face visit at my home. Adam also helped ensure that I was comfortable with the proposed pricing, and adjusted the proposal to meet my budget needs. From this point on it was smooth sailing! Bob and Tim showed up at my house 2 days in a row, they were on time, professional, courteous, and all around good-natured guys. I didn?t think I could like my home much more, but they revitalized it with the paint job they did on a few of my walls/ceilings. They took pride in their work and showed strong attention to detail, which means a great deal to me. Bob and Tim also took the time to explain the next steps to me and let me know that my satisfaction was paramount. Overall, I would use Kennedy Painting again, and would highly recommend their services.

When I called for a bid in August, Nate came out within a week to give me a bid. At the time, he explained that the schedule probably meant my job would get started in late October or early November, depending on the weather. Amy came out to help me choose colors because I wanted something new and different than everyone else. Marissa kept me updated about the schedule, calling about a week ahead and then two days ahead to let me know when the workers would be here. Bob arrived promptly on the first day and went over what was to be painted each color with me. Tim arrived to work with Bob. They prepped and started painting. On day two, they finished the big areas with two coats of paint, and on day three, they did all of the detail work. They were punctual, polite and professional, keeping me updated with what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with the job!

Be aware that this company is in high demand and books their jobs up to two months in advance. That's not a criticism since I was told up front but if you're looking to get something done quick that probably won't happen here. I can say that when the work finally began it was within a day of the scheduled date which isn't bad considering weather challenges in early November. The existing paint color was matched precisely and living in a town home community where covenants are enforced that was very important. The overall quality of the work exceeded my expectations with close attention paid to even small details and not a drop of paint I could see on my porch,storm door, railings, or brick facade. Every aspect of the work was done in a professional and workman like manner completed on time and at the estimated price. Excellent communication from customer service and in particular the Project Manager Kelly who brought to my attention an issue with the carpentry done which he corrected to my complete satisfaction. Though the surface area painted was relatively small it was mostly second story ladder work and more labor intense. I consider the price reasonable and fair. Based on my experience this company deserves it's strong reputation and I would use them again and feel comfortable referring Kennedy Painting to friends and family.

It went well--they were very quiet, responded to any questions I had, and cleaned up very well. They matched the paint sample I had and got it exactly right. When they had questions, they asked me rather than just guessing. They completely saved my dining room ceiling, which had paint peeling, old water stains, and a popcorn ceiling. It's now smooth and beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with this company,and I'm sure I'll be calling them in the future.

Very easy to work with throughout the process. The workers were all nice people and I was comfortable having them here. We found bird holes in our eaves just before the job. They were too high up for our ladder to reach and they repaired them before painting. I couldn't be home some of the days that they were here. The supervisor, Kelly, gave me his card and mobile number and responded right away when I had a question even though it was after hours. He made sure we were happy before leaving the job. This was painless for us. Our house looks great.

Nate, the estimator, was very responsive to our tight schedule and gave us a number of options and prices. After we chose to only have the walls done and Derrick, the painter was finishing up that job, Derrick, on his own initiative, suggested that the appearance of the floor could be improved, without the needing the full scrape and re-paint, as originally estimated. Nate agreed, and we had what we really wanted, both wall and floor, painted, at a very reasonable price.

Responsiveness is lacking!!!

It went very well considering rain delays and high temperatures and humidity. The company is organized, efficient, and easy to work with. The workers, especially Derrick, were hard working, competent, polite and patient.

Great the shutters are a different color that goes well with the brick.The pillars are wood 50 years old and were very weathered. They spent more time scrapping and sanding them then I thought they would. They seemed to take pride ointheir work. The person who did the bid was immensely helpful and I would recommend Sean to anyone.

This was our second project with Kennedy Painting. They completed regular, maintenance painting on our home approximately five years ago and again this summer. Both experiences were excellent, with high quality work and exceptional customer service. We have found every person - Sean Kennedy and all the staff - to be friendly, patient, thorough, helpful and professional. The work is very well done and the customer service shines.

The initial consultation was prompt and detailed. Scheduling of service was very easy. The work itself was went smoothly, although there was some "failure to communicate" on what would be done when (nothing serious). The only real problem was at the end, when we needed to call for the team leader to come back for some small, but rather noticeable, touch-ups on one room's woodwork. However, that was accomplished promptly and courteously. Overall, the quality, promptness and reasonable cost definitely rate an "A".
