There was quite a delay from the time I signed agreement until services were provided. The color coordinator and office staff were pleasant and easy to work with. When the job started a few months later it was more complicated than initially expected because of unnoticed rotting on some cedar and masonite panels. Richie was the project leader and was very helpful in his recommendations. The job took 8.5 days instead of the initial 5 expected, but there was regular dialogue and the understanding that the job was going to be done right without shortcuts. The team was friendly and professional. They were always prompt and cleaned up well. Overall great experience.

The finished product looks good. Chris and Spencer did a fine job. They were professional and courteous. The office personnel with whom I communicated were courteous. The wait time however, was horrendous. I sent my check for materials the last week of April, the first week of May, 2012. My house got painted August 15, 2012. The wait was not worth the hassle. When I first spoke with the estimator, I told her that my schedule was flexible since I am retired. I did not mean four months worth of flexibility. I suspect that my project was too small monetarily and that my location was too far away from their base of operations to warrant any priority. 08/30/2012 To Sean Kennedy's credit, he contacted me on Monday, August 27, 2012, to discuss the rating that I gave his company. He genuinely seemed concerned about providing good customer service. There were mitigating circumstances regarding my service experience: 1. When I called in mid-May 2012 to ask about the status of my project, I was informed that it would be towards the end of July before the task could be completed. 2. I did allow the project to be postponed due to the excessive heat this summer (approximately two week delay). Sean asked me how the situation could have been made better. My response is, that the lead time/back log could be communicated up front before money is exchanged. Even though I was disappointed with the wait time, I chose to stay because starting the research cycle all over again seemed like the bigger hassle. My initial rating was harsh because I was angry and disappointed. Because Sean Kennedy called and gave me the opportunity to voice my concerns and he seemed genuinely concerned, I am changing my rating.

The job was done quickly, with as much ease as can be expected when there were three levels and a house full of furniture. We have some antiques and they were handled with extreme care. Nothing was broken, nothing was damaged. The house looks fabulous. Their after-service care was outstanding. They came back about a week after the job was completed to touch up anything that i'd "found" that needed a little more attention - there were only two things. I really cant praise them highly enough if I could give an A+ I would.

They had great customer service, the quality of the painting was not great but they did fix those areas and they were very easy to work with and dedicated to getting it right. They were also very fair on price.

Provided estimate in timely manner. It was late int he season so work could not commence until the following season. they recontacted us in early summer to schedule a date. cam and walked around the house with us to set up expectations. Gave us news as they discovered things during the painting process. Wrote up separate estimate for additional work. Did a great job, very punctual. Did a final walk-around to inspect the finished product with us. touched up a couple of areas at our request. Had done some additional paint removal the prior painters had left on our brick. Very nice job, respectful, friendly, professional service.

Sean was very easy to work with and willing to please. Chris and his crew were very prompt, courteous and professional. They did a very good job containing the drywall dust and covering the floors while painting. Chris was also easy to work with in explaining the job and how he was going to go about it. The end result was very professional, neat and of excellent quality. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall, I highly recommend Kennedy Painting LLC for all painting needs. From the time Sean Kennedy came out to look over the project to the final approval with team manager Eric, I felt we received the very best professional service we could ask for. They explained the process fully, answering all questions quickly and to our satisfaction. They kept me informed of timelines, dependent upon weather and pollen (something I did not think of). Very reliable and professional.

Kennedy Painting told me that the painting work couldn't be done until August when I contacted them two weeks ago.

I was satisfied with the results of the repaired ceiling areas as they blended well with the existing ceiling. The workers were polite and professional while working inside my house. After the work was completed and the workers had left, I did have to spend approximately 45 minutes scrubbing and hosing my porch, sidewalk and driveway due to white ceiling compound spills and dribbles.

No complaints. Showed up on time & did an excellent job with a faux finish.

Sean Kennedy responded to my email in a timely manner. We went over what I wanted to have painted for this project. He emailed a bid within the week. I told him that I wanted to delay the project for ~ 2 months until our renovations were complete. They picked up and delivered the furniture that was to be painted. Jeremy, the project coordinator, contacted me at the beginning of January to schedule the painting. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up at the end of the day. They completed the project in one week, as promised. Every morning, the supervisor, Ric and I reviewed the completed work from the previous day and went over the scheduled work for the day. He offered suggestions on how to make the project better. I added on several things to be completed. Ric reviewed my requests and left a bid for me by the end of the day. I was very, very pleased with the service that I received from Kennedy Painting. They were personable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Their estimate was really high. The guy that came out was very nice, punctual, and professional. He went over everything in detail. He talked about his employees and how long they have been with him and the background checks they do, which is very important to me. I got emailed an estimate when I was told it would come. He said he would follow up but I haven't heard back. The estimate was pretty high. The estimate was higher than the one I got from a general contractor but you would expect that because they are professionals. I would not recommend using this company. I think their rates are over inflated. The quote they gave me was three times as high as my general contractor. My contractor charged me $300. The quote from Kennedy was for around $1000.

They were on time, got the work done promptly and were well experienced to handle the challenges of painting a 100 year old stucco and wood framed home.

They did a very good job. They were very attentive to details. They focused on making sure that the work space is clean and everything was back to kind of how it was before the work started.

The workmen were careful to cover the floors and everything in the living room to protect from the ceiling painting. The workmen were easy to work with, scheduling was easy and they did a few little extras. Dust and dirt were well controlled and they cleaned up and disposed of trash. All work appears to have been done with considerable skill and we are very pleased with the final appearance of the rooms.

They were fine and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were prompt and responsive. They have done everything right so far. Actually, it is not I who will be picking them but my contractor who is going to pick the provider. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

In mid September Sean Kennedy came to our house and we discussed the project in detail. Sean is a great salesmen, was very courteous, helpful and provided a considerable amount of information about what his company would do and the paints they would apply. A few days later we received a written estimate. Their price was a little higher than others we received but not out of line considering the top of the line paints used and the quality of work provided. It was late in the season and they were backed up with work because of the extreme weather over the summer. They managed to work the project into their schedule and completed the power wash and painting by early October. Three sides of the house has vinyl siding that is difficult to access because we are situated on a steep hill. One side gets little sun and collects lots on mildew. We also have aluminum gutters and cladding that was dirty and streaked. They took all of these challenges in stride and the house looked fabulous when the power wash was complete. The paint job was excellent too. Once all the work was done the place looked new again. It was a pleasure to work with them.

It went well. Arrived on time. Worked quickly. Left work site in a good fashion in between the days they were in our home.

Overally, everything was perfect. I've used them since then because they did such a great job.

This was the second time I've used them. They did a really good job and I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely excellent! Sean Kennedy, owner of the company, is very concerned about the quality of the services they provide. You know from the very beginning who the supervisor of the crew will be. This individual plus Sean contacted us periodically throughout the process to see if everything was going okay or if we had any questions or concerns. Our house is a challenge when it comes to picking colors. Sean provided numerous boards in every color we considered. We thought we had picked the perfect colors, but when the painters started putting painting the trim, we received a call that we may want to pick a new color! They were right; the trim color was awful against the house color. They helped pick a new color and still finished the job on time! After the painting was complete, they cleaned up leaving no mess. I plan on using Kennedy Painting for the interior painting.
