Description of Work: They were very nice, responsive and professional. I used them many times years ago, so I called them to do my new home. They were only here about an hour and that didn't seem like enough time to do really work on some dark spots and the steps didn't look much different when they were done. I had to leave do I didn't know the work wasn't as good as it used to be until after they left. I like their dry cleaning method but I was charged way too much for the quality of cleaning. I will not call them again.

 + 0 moreTwo men showed up on time. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. They stretched my wall to wall carpet which had bunched in numerous places and then cleaned the carpet. They did exactly what they were supposed to do in an outstanding manner. I will use them again.

 + -1 moreI have used Four Seasons carpet cleaners for many years. They communicate very well, are professional and punctual. My carpet is 26 years old and, although we do not have heavy traffic in our home, I feel the carpet has held up well with regular cleaning. Four Seasons works quickly and neatly and I trust them in my home.

 + -1 moreSoon after they completed the work, my carpet was filthy. I never bothered to call them back. I also remember they were more expensive than most places I had used in the past.
Description of Work: I had Four Seasons Carpet Cleaning come to do a basic carpet cleaning in the 4 areas and asked for a scotch guard treatment to prevent stains which I paid extra for.

 + -1 moreI have had them come out twice a year for the past two years. They always do a very nice job. They are always prompt and quick to complete the job. Their prices are very reasonable. I have always been happy with the results.
Description of Work: I had my living room, dining room and hallway stairs cleaned. This included pre-treatment of stains and scotch guarding. They moved all of the furniture for me.
