I have to update my review. Initially, I was happy with the work they did. CVM installed approximately 350 sq/ft of tile flooring. It looked good for about months. After that 2 sections of the floor came up. One section of tile was tented and another came lose. CVM did not honor their warranty and accused me of buying cheap installation materials to the BBB. Per the contract it was CVM who purchased the materials and did not install flooring correctly per Manufacturer instructions. I have had 2 different NTCA-certified tile installers look at the floor for repairs and both confirmed improper installation. When I contacted CID about this he said no one does anything by the book because it is too expensive. This is still an unresolved issue. Please check CVM BBB rating before hiring CVM.

I would definitely recommend CVM Enterprises Inc they are very experienced and thorough. They laid my vinyl flooring down a lot faster than I thought would take and the work was very clean throughout, no messes. Highly recommended!

Cid comes across as a knowledgeable small business owner and makes a great first impression. Seems available when you need him before the job starts, but this is not how the job ends. Although his team is very nice, they do not speak English fluently, making communication difficult and Cid only shows up the first day to say **hello** and to collect the payment. If there are any issues, you will only receive text messages and he promises to stop by, but never calls after the final payment is made. Material estimates were incorrect or unclear and required multiple trips to the store. Certain things were discussed and should have been included in the quote, only to find out later they were not, which ultimately results in a higher cost. Any discount you receive will most definitely be made up by the end of the project. Overall, their work was ok but the customer service could be better.

Cid was very responsive and went a long way to pick the right floor for my house. He was also very accommodating in terms of when he did the his as I was not frequently in town then. Floors and stairs look really nice!

I hired CVM Enterprises, Inc. to tear out carpet and install hardwood and luxury vinyl flooring (vinyl installed in kitchen and hardwood installed throughout the remainder of home). Cid responded to my initial inquiry quickly and was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. During our initial meeting, Cid took the time to explain all of our options and to answer our many questions. As we were selecting our flooring, Cid was even willing to meet us at the store to help. Once the project began, Cid continued to be very responsive and managed the project well. His crew arrived on time every day and worked very hard throughout each day. I have already recommended CVM Enterprises to friends and family and would certainly use them again in the future.
