Their representative called me right away, and came out to look at the problem the very same day I used Home Advisor. Within two days, it was fixed. It was a small problem, but still, that is fast service.

I was originally looking for roof repair and trim painting. After a lot of great follow up calls after original estimate I found out that they also did soffit and fascia which turned out to be more cost effective compared to paining. They were able to come out and start the job ahead of original schedule date and finished the job in the time promised with excellent quality and workmanship. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

I have to wait to see whether this trimming job will last a medium size storm or not. If it last for few years then it is very good job. So time will tell. This job only took less than one hours. However it cost me $650. So I think you charged me too much.

Home adviser is a pain, being passed from one person to another and then to an answering machine.

Up front negotiations were with owners and managers, but actual work was done by a Spanish speaking crew that did not speak or understand English. This became problematic when I had questions about the work. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.

They were very quick to respond, came by for estimate ,but had it fixed before they left, price was resonable. If it holds up next time it storms I would make everything a 5, have to wait and see.
