Terrible , terrible service, anyone using them should really have their head examined. Look at their yelp, Facebook, and google reviews say. its the same story over and over and they just don't back their work up. Disgusting and sad, they lure you in with a warranty in case of future problems which is a great sales pitch until you actually try to use it. SPOILER ALERT they wont honor it without explaining to you about some obscure rule they will tell you about as soon as you try to use it.

Al-don installed the AC in my home for a previous owner, refused to answer if it was under warranty over the phone(it was installed 5 yr 2 mos ago), told me only way to look at it was with a 99$ visit fee, I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong with it, told the office that, but went with it since its their stuff and likely should be under warranty by industry standards. Technician was very nice, told me I needed a new contactor, that my system was no longer under warranty, it would be 350$ to replace the 20$ part, and either way they were stealing 99$ from me to tell me what I told their office idiots who schedule the visit. I wish I hadn't fallen for this scam and just order the part on my own and replaced it.

They were very professional. they inspected my entire system for a very low price of $99 service call and gave me recommendations for future upgrades.

Great. Very professional. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Technicians were friendly and informative. They also call and let me know when I'm due for service.

I'm doing a bathroom remodel, so they moved some ducts around. They put one in the upstairs bathroom and put tube turns in and a total of three vents. I have an annual contract with them to maintain my HVAC system. They put in my split unit when we moved into this house and I've been using them since.

Evertything went well, from the sales visit to installation. The sales call was no pressure and no nonsense. The service manager pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of a more efficient system, and we agreed that the cost of a more efficient system outweighed the potential reduction in the utility bills. From there, we scheduled the appointment, and everything was great. The installation crew showed up 15 minutes early, went right to work, and finished at about 2:00, around 3 hours earlier than expected. I was impressed by their courtesy and professionalism, and even by the care they took to close the gate behind them so my dog wouldn't wander out.

I would tell a friend to do their homework and know hat they want and know for sure that what they are saying is correct. once my husband tells them what he thinks is the problem he is out there making sure he is checking it and he sees what they are doing.

Hector was great. Gave me info about my furnace and general heating system. No one else had done. Problem: My very bad hearing and he had an accent - difficulty understanding but he understood. May request another tech next time that has English as a 1st language.

It was expensive, but it was worth it. They are pretty good. It took them time to do it, but they were pretty good. We got estimates, and everybody else told us $12000-$13000, and he did it for $9000. The owner is the son of my patient, and he had to put the new furnace in the attic, and they still put it, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did every thing that they said they would do.

I like their responsiveness and their price. I have very high regards for them. They did everything above and beyond. I’ve used them twice and I’ll probably use them again in the near future. They’ve been a pleasant surprise. I’ve read their reviews before I called them. The water heater installation was $3,500 and the furnace was $5,000. It was a good price because the other prices I got were higher. I would definitely recommend to other people that they talk to this company.

I have contract with them and they come 2 times a year. Normally one technician comes out and he stays for about 30-45 minutes. I like that they give me good service. They keep my equipment running. I have confidence in them! Over the years they have also put in an AC unit and Furnace.

Ed, the installer, did a great job once again. They had previously installed a tankless gas water heater. Removed the old furnace, installed gas lines, installed new gas furnace in a day and a half. Couldn't be more satisfied with these folks. They are on time, quick, thorough and clean up. Will use again when it is time to replace my AC condensing unit.

Al-Don Company has taken care of this A/C Unit, Hot Water Heater & the Furnace for a few years before we purchased this house. We continued with them & our service technician, Lisa, had rebuilt the A/C when we were not ready to replace it. We haven't had problems but when the freon was discontinued we had no choice but to replace the A/C Unit. We were having problems with the Hot Water Unit & had our technician, Mark, coming out to check both. Their team is well trained, dressed accordingly & you generally get the same technician which means they know what has been done. The A/C & Hot Water tank were ordered & installed 2 days later.
When he replaced the hot water heater, there was a lot of sedament in the bottom & the heating element was bad. After installation Mark set the dials & while it was filling he removed the A/C Unit, changed out the piping, wiring, etc. Then turned the unit back on & while it was starting to cool he checked the hot water heater to be sure it was heating proper. One last check on the A/C unit, we went over the guarantee & he was done in one day. They called 2 days later to be sure everything was working alright. We maintain a service contract with Al-Don so they are out at the change of the season to check everything. I would highly recommend this company.

They were here at the appointed time; they were courteous and professional. We had some problems with the A/C overheating so they came over and tried to correct the problem but when that didn't work, they put in a whole new unit and it's been working great!
What I really appreciated was the fact that when we had problems, we were able to get ahold of them quickly and they came out right away. We will continue to use them for regular maintenance.

Jeff and his team showed up when they said they would, and did the service as described. Jeff was also able to arrange interest free financing from the manufacturer. The electrician came the first day and then Al-Don installed the ductless system and cleaned up the site. Jeff met with the Kirkwood building inspector to make certain everything was done to code both before and after the job.
The upstairs is now delightfully cool and comfortable. My son and daughter are delighted that they can each set the temperature in their own room to their preference. All in all, a excellent experience. I will use them again to maintain my AC and furnace as well.
