Eric Smith installed a new surround sound system for my home.  His craftsmanship was impeccable.  
Installed were a new Marantz Slim Line AV receiver, Sound-Bar for center and front, right left speakers (due to air ducts, I could not have the front speakers in-wall).  As well as recessed ceiling speakers for the rear channel.  Additionally, Eric installed a Sonos receiver and APC Power Conditioner.  
I would have written this review earlier, but I wanted to give the system a couple of months to "burn-in".  As passed, the system sounds better today, than it did at the original installation.   
I've made the mistake of installing home theater systems myself in the past.  I will not make that mistake again.  Eric's talent, recommendations for Equipment, professionalism and promptness are second to none.  I could not endorse him, or his company, more highly.

Eric arrived a little early (On Time) to our home with everything he needed to complete our home project.  We expected it to take longer, because most technology never installs or works as planned.  Our home theater system is something our whole family uses and is great for entertaining.  The Universal remote that Eric recommended does everything we needed and more.  We would recommend Realistic Imaging to all of our friends and co-workers.

Eric was on time as always after confirming the appointment the night before via text messaging. His work was top notch and he cleans up his mess afterwards. We trust Eric to work unsupervised in our home and have always found him and his staff to be courteous and trustworthy. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and monitors our system over his smartphone and internet and has notified us of concerns before that we were unaware of. We would highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with the personal service for our personal and business needs, the rates we received, and the attention to detail we received. The business owner was hands on and the service techs were very professional and friendly. Additionally, we purchased our TV through him and it made it so much easier than having to go purchase one separately. Our time invested was limited based on this and the efficiency they showed. We recommend this vendor to all of our friends now.

Job went very well. Eric came by the house to evaluate what we wanted done & provided an estimate. He didn't try to up sale additional parts or supplies & used what was already available when necessary (existing CAT5 cables, speaker connection banana clips etc.). Eric appears to have vast knowledge in home audio and home theater and we're considering have him for future projects.

After we discussed our need to calibrate the TV, install a sound system suitable for the room and also other networking needs, Eric gave his recommendations on equipment within a general budget guideline that we provided. I found Eric's pricing to be competitive and many of the major purchases he got at installer discounts which beat internet pricing. Eric provided his own 6 month warranty in which he would troubleshoot or replace free of charge any components purchased through him. These components were all new, in box and covered under standard manufacturer's warranty also. The day of installation Eric arrived on time with a 2 man crew. All were pleasant, professional and took care in protecting my furniture and floors. The installation went very smoothly. Eric hired a professional painter to match my current wall color and paint over the new in-wall speaker grills. After all the hardware installs were completed, Eric calibrated the new TV, tested the audio system, programmed the universal remote and explained basic operations to me. Eric provided 6 months of tweaking or adjusting the system as needed. He came out a few weeks later to add additional programming to the remote per our request after we had time to refine what our preferences were. Eric also troubleshooted some network connectivity problems we were having and swapped out some components at no charge. We have been very pleased with the quality of the service, components and Eric's expertise. We will definitely use Eric again for any home theater system updates and maintenance.
