The project was started in April 2011. 3 men started on day one. 2 men worked on day two. They started digging trenches throughout the front and back yard. They didnt show up again for several days. They were hard to get ahold of and didnt return calls. The next time the showed up the brought heavy equipment and dug more very large trenches through out the yard. They again didnt show for several days leaving equipment and incomplete work. After many calls they finally sent 1 guy out whom continued to dig on trenches. Finally in June 2011 the new system was put in. Yeah. They were to be back the following day to complete the job. Weeks were passing by and summer was upon us. I again made many attempts to get someone back out. I started to call management, whom explained that he basically had 1 man and he had many projects going at the same time. Finally my husband filled in all the trenches, leveled the yard, started up the system and planted grass seed. Many of the sprinkler heads did not work. Once again many phone calls to get someone to fix problems (which were gauranteed for one year). It wasnt until July 2011 that someone came to fix/replace non-working heads and pick up equipment. I wrote a letter to the management to explain the situation and stated that I did not feel I should pay for the full service since my husband completed the work. I received a call from management. We agreed on an amount due. I requested a correct bill be sent before I pay. On June 2012 I finally received a final bill, which was incorrect. Again many calls and I finally sent a check for what I felt I owed along with a letter. I have not heard anything since and my final check was cashed.
