I had asbestos tiles removed from my bathroom floor. I had a good experience with the company. I found the work they did to be a lot to do about nothing. They did not wear any breathing protection, they did not wear tk they did not tape off the area airtight with plastic, they used an air scrubbing machine while they were in the room and they just scraped up the asbestos tile dry even though the supervisor said that they were going to remove it wet. The impression I received from the employees was that the tile being non not friable was a not completely safe job, unlike friable asbestos. It was well worth the $1,200 I paid them for me not to have to do it.

Do not have Prosteam to clean your carpet.

For cost not that effective. Tile under cabinet lip not cleaned well. A good scrubbing would accomplish the same level of cleaning I think.
