Prosteam Carpet Care and Restoration

we hired the company to clean our carpets. the young man who came did a good job and was very friendly. however the prices were too high for scotchgaurding and sanitizing.

Came when scheduled which was good because I was home throughout the work done. A lot of rooms had to be cleaned and all stretching completed looked good and the carpets definitely looked clean after the floors dried.

Employee asked if it was sufficient or if we would like deeper clean for heavily soiled area. Very friendly, quick response, and on time!

They did a good job.

Hi, We have asked the ProSteam representative, asked him estimate; he said some high price; we have asked how it will be after clean; he said not sure then we said no service required; ProSteam representative will do demo if you like then do for service; after demo, he got sign from us and we are not satisfied and said NO service required then ask us to pay $90.00 for demo We discussed with him that you showed demo and not said about any amount; He is not agree with and he showed signed paper that pay $90.00 still we are refused to pay; he call his office and we said he did demo; they said there is no demo then we asked why he did demo; they also ask us pay $90.00 still refused because he did demo; ProSteam representative called 911; cop came and discussed both us about what happened not answer cop said the company can bill collection and then court. we don't have time for that so I paid finally

They did good work and gave me good rate. Only thing is they came pretty late than appointment time.

I had carpet repair done. At first it looked okay but, on closer inspection, the patch was not large enough for the area.

They were responsive and did a great job.

I had not used this company before, but was VERY happy with the results: Couch and 2 chairs, three rooms of carpet and grout cleaning in the kitchen. They were thorough and did a great job as the chairs and grout was pretty dirty, but not anymore! Yay!

No complaints, except I was told the worker would call on his way over, since I did not live at the location. Instead I received a call saying he had difficulty knowing which place was mine, forcing me to scramble from where I was to get in my car, go over there, direct him and open the house for him. Otherwise, he was excellent, cordial, and professional.

The service man called before arriving to alert us he was on his way. He was cordial and wasted no time cleaning the tile floors (473 square feet of tile floors)

Very pleased with pro steam. Communicated well clean the carpets well at a good price.
