We really, really love Olympia. We always get our cars inspected there and I'm never ever nervous of taking it there. There is a great group of guys that work there and I always feel comfortable as a female being in there.

Service on the mini-van was competent, but limited by our budget. Service on the pick-up truck was thorough and efficient. At all times, service was timely and courteous.

It went extremely well. Derick and Derek are both super nice, professional, and honest with their assessment of a vehicle's condition and the costs to maintain or fix a vehicle's problems. I have an older car and always appreciate their feedback.

We have used this place since moving to the area in 2007. They consistently have great prices, always give honest and fair assessments of work (even telling us NOT to get some things done). They have a great deal on oil changes - 3 for $45 (plus disposal fee of $3 bucks) which is fantastic. Bought my last set of tires here, which comes with lifetime rotation (and pretty sure balance, too). Many places offer this, but with this set of tires, there was no upsell to a fancy brand - they were open about value VS name, asked about driving habits and intended use, and answered all my pre-purchase questions (i read tons of blogs and reviews) about the different options. They're great about working things in in short notice, they have appointments or drop-off times, and are just a great bunch of guys.

Olympic claimed to change the motor mount, but the car still shook as violently as before....actually even more so. I don't believe they bothered to find out what was actually causing the issue and charged me for parts and labor that were unnecessary. I've since learned the problem could be caused by a bad seal on the engine head, and am too paranoid to go back to Olympic.

although we were not charged, we were very disappointed. We were told that the repair person tried several times to experience the trouble we were having but could not find a problem. As soon as we picked up the car, the problem was immediately evident. We were without a car for two days, were not contacted about the results of their inspection, left a message on their answering machine to please let us know what they found out and waited until afternoon on the next day to call again. We were told there wasn't a problem that they could find, that the window worked fine. It is obvious to us that it doesn't as we tried all evening tonget it to work. We feel not much effort was expended to repair the car. The car is old and parts are hard to find. That might have been the problem. we appreciate not being charged but we won't be back.

"I am very sorry we were not able to repair your vehicle and I apologize for any inconvenience we caused. We have a strict policy regarding parts replacement. If we cannot verify something wrong with a part, we do not replace it. For whatever reason, we could not get your window to misbehave and therefor, we could not in good conscience suggest any repairs. I very much hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you. If there is anything I can do, please don't hesitate to contact me.
