Description of Work: I responded to an Angie's List offer for garage door services. Some of the rollers were broken and door would go off track. Provider changed out 10 rollers, lubed, inspected and adjusted door in less than an hour.

Description of Work: Garage door spring broke trapping me car inside. They came immediately, hotest day of the year working in that heat to remove broken spring and install new. Made sure all working properly and greased the rollers. I would recommend to anyone and several neighbors have used since who are just as pleased.

 + -1 moreI called yesterday in a panic when I was trying to get to work and my garage door refused to respond to my remote trying to close it. I came back into my condo and checked everything I knew to check with no luck. I then proceeded to close my garage door manually. At that point the entire large piece came down from the track. I called them and they were able to get to me by afternoon, which worked for me since I had to take off work. They were actually a little early. Keith took one look and said we can fix that. In about 30 minutes he had it fixed and even rebraced same since it was a shoddy job. I AM SO HAPPY. As a single female, I often feel like I get taken advantage of when it comes to repairing things. Keith did an awesome job at a fair price and even took away a wooden "thingie" that had been left behind from a drop shipment of a piece of furniture. I would DEFINATELY recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door spring.....new plate......bolts.....cable...also check garage door opener to be sure it was not damaged. My garage door broke over the holiday weekend. I used Angie's list thinking it would be a few days before anybody could come and repair the door. Sammy the owner answered the phone and he promised that he would be at my home around 4pm that day. Sammy was true to his word and he was extremely nice and professional. He took the time to show me what had happened to the door and what was needed to fix it. Sammy also checked out the garage door opener to make sure it hadn't been damaged and did not charge for that nor did he charge emergency call for the door. It is refreshing to have a honest person come to your home and do right by you. I recommend Sammy to everyone. He will do an outstanding job and will give you peace of mind. Something that is very rare in this day and age....SA Landers

I called right after they opened and they were able to fit me into their schedule in 2 hrs and they were willing to come after 2 hrs if I could not be there earlier. They were professional, courteous and they did a great job!

 + -1 moreTried to close garage door on Friday morning,,it wouldn't, was on a diagonal. Called company aat 7:30 am. At first said they could come at around 11. I said that wouldn't work, needed to get to work. Said he could come in an hour. Was there,,,closed the door and informed me and showed me that new door was needed and why. Gave discount due to using Angie's List. We changed our minds a few times over the weekend and they had the door we decided on in stock so arrived exactly at the time they quoted and installed the new door in a couple of hours. Very courteous, punctual and very satisfied with quality from first contact to last.

It took him abouit 45 minutes to complete the job. He also performed preventative maintenance on the garage door and thourghly tested the door for proper operation. Sammy was very professional and I won't hesitate to use him in the future.
