We went to open our door in the morning, but to no avail! I got on Angie's List, and after reading reviews, called Covenant. Sammy answered right away, and said he could stop by early afternoon. At just about one o'clock, he arrived, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate, and went right to work. I've been through this before at a previous residence, so I was aware that the springs do go out after so many lifts, or in my experience, about ten years. I enjoyed meeting Sammy, very honest and respectful. He didn't even mind my two dogs coming out to greet him!

We dealt with Keith and he's such a nice man! We obtained a bid from him on Monday 5/20/13 and called him on Tuesday 5/21/13 to let him know we'd like to have the work done. They had everything we needed in stock, and an appointment was set for installation on Thursday 5/23/13. Keith's son Kyle came out on time on Thursday and begin removing everything, Keith followed closely behind him with the new door and they installed everything. There were no issues what so ever, everything went smoothly, the works is beautiful. I would definately use them again, and would recommend them as well.

On Sunday the right torsion spring broke on our garage door. I called Covenant Garage Door on Monday morning and by 9:30 AM Sammy was working on my door. He was prompt, courteous, and most importantly did a good job. He explained everything thoroughly including why it would be best to replace both springs at once. I will not hesitate to recommend Covenant Garage Door to anyone.

More than happy with Sammy and his work. Came out and replaced door quickly and cleaned up everything. I wish I would have done this sooner. They did a great job and quality work.

Not much to tell. Job took about 45 minutes to review and inspect all three of my small garage doors.

Covenant Garage Door Company explained during my initial contact with them that they were on a job that would most likely take the entire day, but said that they would call me later in that same day to see if we could set something up for the following day. I received a phone call the same day I originally called and was told that if it was convenient for me that they could arrive at my home at 4.30 to repair my garage door. They arrived as scheduled and explained to us the problem and the time it would take to fix and the cost. All was done to our satisfaction with extreme courtesy and professionalism.

I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided. He was very professional and I would call him again and I highly recommend him for any garage door issues.

He was excellent overall. He was here for about 30-45 minutes and were extremely professional and efficient.

Was told it may 2 to 3 days before they could get to after check the doors out because they where busy. But later that afternoon I got a call and they said they could come by and work on the doors if I was going to be home. I said that I would be and they where there in least than an hour. Total job took about and hour to take off old seals and put new ones on. Also check the doors to make sure they where working correctly.

I called for an estimate, was provided with one that included a choice of them installing the opener I had already purchased or buying a better one from them. The service appointment was only two days out from the initial contact. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, and made sure everything was functioning correctly!

Went very well. Door stopped working. Called them and they came, fixed the problem the same day.

I called Sammie after reviewing other companies on Angie's List and was very glad I did. When I explained to him what the issue was with the door, he told me what he suspected the problem was and arrived with the materials he thought he would need. His assessment over the phone was correct and since he was already equipped with what he needed, he had the job completed quickly. I appreciated his input on the type of door we had, how much life it might still have, and what an approximate replacement cost might be. He knows is work! I will definately use them again.

Sammy was able to visit same day of call. I work out of my home so I advised that when he arrived I may not be able to chat. He rang the doorbell and I pointed him to the kitchen/garage access. He went to work right away. When I was done with my meeting - he was nearly done as well. The dogs didnt' even seem to mind him getting things done.

Sammy the owner gave us a bid with Angie's discount included. Very happy with our beautiful new insulated carriage style door. They were very professional and very friendly. They went above and beyond to make us happy customers.

I called Covenant and spoke with Sammy Grisham about my broken garage door. Sammy patiently listened to me as I attempted to describe the problem. Once he realized "the bar with the spring" was really a "torsion bar," he knew what I was talking about. He initially scheduled an early morning visit two days later to accommodate my work schedule. He called the next morning to let me know he would be able to meet me that day if I was available. He met me at the house at 4:00 pm, verified the problem, and quickly replaced the damaged parts. Sammy was prompt, professional, polite, and quite personable. He showed me what was broken, the parts he planned to use for the repair, and discussed the charges before starting the work. He took the time to ensure I understood what was going on and to answer my questions. He even took off the 5% Angie's List coupon that I had forgotten about. I highly recommend Sammy and Covenant Garage Door for all your garage door needs. I couldn't be any happier!

We heard the spring snap on Saturday afternoon when other garage door repair companies were either closed for the day or charging high "emergency" rates. We left a message for Keith at about 4:30pm, hoping to get on the schedule for Monday. He called us back within a few hours, offering to do the work on Sunday afternoon, without any after hours/emergency surcharge. We were thrilled, as this meant we wouldn't have to juggle work schedules on Monday to be home for the repair. We had arranged for a 2pm appointment on Sunday. Keith called at 1:50pm to let us know he was running late and would be there by 2:30. This was not a problem for us, and once he arrived, Keith made quick work of the repair, finishing in about one hour. We are happy with the work and would use Covenant again.

Our garage door spring broke making the door unoperable. I checked Angies list and contacted Covenant Garage Door Company based on the wonderful reviews. I made a good choice. Very personable and helpful when scheduling the appointment. Sammy arrived on time as promised. He was very friendly and professional. The job took about 1.5 hours. He definitely knew what he was doing & had all the necessary parts to complete the job. He fixed the problem, lubricated the entire door, and cleaned up everything spotless. I am very pleased and will definitely call again for any garage door problems.

Once Sammy arrived (he gave us a time of between 8:00 and 10:00AM, and arrived at 8:30), he opened up the garage door opener and saw the gear was fine, but he could see that a smaller gear was very loose, causing it to skip when engaging another gear. This skip caused the door to open too far, which made the door "stick" in the open position. After reviewing the opener with me, Sammy recommended that I replace it with a new opener. He offered that if I didn't want to do that, he couldn't guarantee the repair (because of too many used parts), so I could call another repair company and would just pack up and go without charging me. That offer instilled a lot of trust.

I called Covenant at 2:30 PM and spoke to the owner who said he could be at my house in an hour. The drive gear on my garage door opener was stripped which meant a new unit was needed. Sammy had one with him and by 5:30PM I was back in business. He was polite , courteous, knowledgeable and worked fast. Obviously I caught him at a good time but I will call him again if I have a problem with my garage doors.

It went very easy. No complications or problems.

After I left a message requesting service on the owner's cell phone, the owner of the business... -Returned my call within 15 minutes. -Scheduled service for later the same day. -Arrived at agreed upon time. -Maintained friendly, informative attitude throughout work process. -Completed work quickly (less than 45 minutes).

COVENANT GARAGE DOOR CO LLC was very easy to work with. Was responsive to email questions. They were flexible in their scheduling. Originally had the appointment set for 11:30 on Monday, emailed them to see if I could change it to some time between 1-2PM and they accommodated.

Sammy, one of the owners came by right around the time he promised. Introduced himself, very polite and professional. Listened to my concerns, also told him we had recieved another bid. He carefully tested and reviewed the garage door, motor and parts and saw immediately what the problems were and showed me the bad parts, what it would it take to repair and reviewed costs. Not only did he explain himself well, but he was much more reasonable price wise than the last company. He fixed the garage door immediately, showed me what he replaced and gave me a warrenty, his business card, thanked me for the business. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Keith arrived promptly at our appointment time to repair my garage door. He diagnosed the problem in about a minute, and explained the repair and cost before getting started. Everything was done within an hour. It was a pleasant service call. I would use Covenant again.
