Description of Work: they tried, unsucessfully, to fix our opener. While they were persistent the experience resulted in weeks without an opener and wasted money on fees and parts. Ended up calling another company.

I want to apologize for the inconvenience. I was trying to save the customer money by ordering replacement parts rather than costing more money to fully replace a new one. In the meantime while the replacement parts were being ordered, it was just a tough time frame of ordering parts and waiting. It was very unfortunate that we were unable to communicate after that effectively. I attempted every time to call him back within a minute or two of him calling but only received voice mail. I completely understand the customers frustrations and what I should have done was completely converted instead of using replacement parts. I sincerely believed the replacement parts would work. I wholeheartedly tried to saving the customer money while in the meantime the waiting for the parts just didn't work out. This is defiantly something I don't take easy to heart and Covenant Garage Door Co. strives for excellent customer service and again I want to apologize for the situation.
