We did our best to work with Mr. [Member Name Removed] via his preferred method of obtaining a quote through email. One of our designers provided pricing based on exactly what Mr. [Member Name Removed] provided. We are a brick and mortar establishment with thousands of square feet of displays and find it best to have the intitial meeting with clients here in our showroom. This is an even better approach in cases where the client is new to the remodeling process, as Mr. [Member Name Removed] stated he was. We have a multitude of options to touch, see and educate a potential client. With all of our examples, we feel our showroom is the best location to start the process. Our company excels at helping customers thru the complicated journey of remodeling and through many years of experience, we have developed a process that works for most clients. After we meet a client in the showroom, we are happy to visit their home, take measurements, and provide a more complete design and estimate. This is the process we undertake with the vast majority of our projects and we find it is the safest and most efficient use of both ours and the client's time.Service Provider Response

Our company policy is to collect full payment on materials on the day they are purchased. For installation, we typically collect 60% on the start date of the job and 40% upon usable completion. This is common industry practice. We also offer builder accounts.We do provide 12 month no interest financing that requires no immediate money down for those that would like to spread out their payments. All of that being said, we are a family owned company that tries to be flexible and work with each customers individual needs and concerns with such a big purchase. We do require full payment for materials that are purchased through our company, but only on materials not labor. With installation projects, we take a deposit at the beginning of the job and only receive final payment when the job is done and our customer is happy!
