Description of Work: It went okay. What I needed fixed was fixed. The one thing I disliked was that I was sold a sink strainer without being asked if I wanted one. It just showed up on my bill.

Thank you for your review. I reviewed the work order and when the call was placed to our office we were informed that a plumber was needed to connect a pipe under the kitchen sink that was disconnected as well as fix a leaking shower valve. The valve was corrected using a couple American Standard washers. The issue with the kitchen sink was related to the basket strainer. The only way to fix the issue was to replace the basket strainer and connect back the piping. The cost of the basket strainer was $15.10 and is modestly priced compared to other basket strainers. Description of Work: Did some minor plumbing fixes with the commodes and was very punctual and professional which was greatly appreciated. Also, let us know that they take pictures of the internal workings of the commodes in case of future repairs or parts that may be needed. Definitely high quality.

Description of Work: They came out when they said and quoted a price to do the replacement of the stack in the house. They then came out on the day that they scheduled and replace the stack and did a few other small things and provided the bill for the whole job. Very satisfied with the work.
