Dear Customer, We are a little confused as to why we obtained an F status. Our records show that a cable technician was onsite to cable the main due to a blockage. We do sub-contract that service out. The invoice notes state: Cable work 3/3/2016 Cabled the sewer from the floor drain with the M100 machine 35'. The line opened at 15', obstruction unknown. I had no other way to open the branch line. The stacks are in finished walls. I also cabled (2) downspouts. I cabled the one near the driveway, at the back of the house, with a 2" cutter, but could not get past 35'. Nothing came back on cable or cutter, blockage unknown. I then cabled the downspout that is to the left of the front door, on the front of the house, out 70'. The line is open and flowing. Guarantee - 30 days on front downspout No Guarantee on sewer or rear downspout Our records show that the line was successfully opened.
