Jim came out bright and early on Monday morning and got right to work. He was very personable and explained what he was going to do. He was very careful about my granite tile counter tops and cleaned up after himself. He did a beautiful job even though the sink was a pain to install with my thick counter top. When we change our kitchen counter top we will be calling LaMartina Plumbing again because of Jim's meticulous work. Couldn't be happier!

He was on time. He came right in and started working right away. He had no problems and everything went smoothly.

The experience went very well overall. Their price was reasonable. They responded promptly, sending someone over within an hour or two after I called. I’m happy with their services.

They did a good job. They came out twice; the first time they came out, they attempted to fix our original water heater (which turned out to be faulty). The pipes started leaking and became corroded. They removed the portion of the water heater that was defective along with those pipes, but were concerned about whether or not a gasket would open up correctly. When it ended up not working, they came out (with no additional service fee) to replace the water heater.

The experience was great overall. Their attention to detail was spectacular. It wasn’t that big of a job but they really took their time on it. Their price was right, too. I had no issues.

It went quite well. Among all of the services that I have used, finding a good, competent, reliable plumbing services has proven the most difficult. I plan to continue to use Tony LaMartina. As an added bonus, if you like Sinatra, that appears to be the only "on hold" music used.

Mr. LaMartina's reference was able to come and check out my gas leaks the same day, but I was very grateful for his help. Without it I would likely have gone much longer without heat. Thank you!

First, the convenience of having an online appointment request form was terrific! Within just minutes of submitting the request, I received a personal email confirming an appointment time on the day I requested. Awesome start, especially as it was the weekend! Jim arrived within the service window, and was courteous, fast and very thorough. He quickly repaired the corroded pipe that had snapped during my attempt to replace the p-trap on my bathroom sink, installed a new pop-up drain assembly and associated pipes going back to the wall. Jim also noticed that I have low hot-water pressure, and offered to check it out. He offered some great options for affordably addressing the issue that wouldn't break my budget, as I had feared. Very reassuring to know, and I will definitely be calling them back for an estimate on how we can get started. I received an emailed invoice within 24 hours of service, which was terrific, and was able to easily pay online. The easy online service request and rapid response, helpful, courteous and fast service, then the easy online payment made this a very positive experience (I dread old-house plumbing fixes...not so much any more!). I called Tony LaMartina plumbing based on Angie's List reviews, and every glowing report is well-deserved. I'm looking forward to working with them on future projects. NOTE: There are two LaMartina plumbing companies that come up on Google, as I found out when I had to look for the phone number on the morning of the service call. While the people over at LaMartina in Maplewood sounded very nice on the phone, they are NOT the same as Tony LaMartina plumbing, which is the company that I'd read reviews on here and who did the work described in this report. Just FYI.

It went extremely well. Tony was very informative. I like that they only have 3 plumbers. Jim did the plumbing work. He was very friendly, educated and presentable. He did great work and explained things to me and gave me suggestions. What I also liked was that Tony (the owner) does the billing, not the individual plumbers. I recieved the invoice within a couple of days and the amount was lower than expected. Very professional, organized and honest. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

The job went very well. The service person was on time, courteous, and cleaned up.

They were prompt, courteous, and understood how to fix our problem as described over the telephone. The took apart the Mixer on our Shower System and thoroughly cleaned all the screens and fitings. They reassembled the Mixer and adjusted and tested the Water Pressure. I can honestly say that it works better now than when originally installed.

The work performed was excellent. The plumber was prompt, neat and did an excellent job. He found ways to save us money. We will always use this plumber in the future.

Everything was done on a very professional level from the initial phone contact to finishing the job promptly and with complete cleanup afterwards. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to others and will depend on them in the future for all my plumbing needs. A thoroughly satisfactory experience. The price was on the high side, but well worth the quality and professionalism of the work.

I got them off of Angie's List. I had intended to have them do more and then I had to have hip replacement surgery and I got off to crack altogether. I have the plumbing, the fixtures to put in for the rest of the bathroom, but I have to decide on what I'm going to do. I'm the one who's holding up things, not him. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Plumber arrived within one hour of placing call, and was able to pinpoint within just a few minutes exactly where the blockage was located. Using an auger type tool, he cleared the blockage, cleaned the pipe and sanitized the area of the basement where the backup occurred. Our plumber was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use the company again should the need arise. From the time of the call to full service restoration was less than two hours. Great job.

It turned out to be a big job. The old leaking led pipe had to be replaced by new piping up through the wall of the bathroom above it. Tony recommended people who removed the toilet and opened the wall. Then the plumber had to install new piping, and when the wall was repaired, he had to re-install the toilet. Tony's plumber was polite, pleasant, and efficient and did an excellent job.

Tony was very accomodating to my wife and I. We had a unique situation with a garbage disposal installation that caused us an issue about a year later. I'll just say Tony was very personable on the phone. He truly puts his customers first. I will definately use his company's services again in the future

The plumber arrived exactly on time. He put covers on his shoes, which I appreciated greatly, and was polite and accomodating. The plumber was friendly and very nice, answering all my questions. He showed me the problem and fixed it. It was a very nice experiene. The plumber was nice enough to remind me of the coupon I could use for this first visit. Most importantly, the problem is completely fixed. I will use this company again when I need to. .

This was a great experience and we will definitely use them again. They were able to come out the same day, the worker was professional and really helpful. The issue was fixed within half an hour. He also let us know what we could do if future issues came up. I was 100% satisfied with the job.

It went very well, I'll use this company again. Care was taken to replace concrete removed by drilling a larger diameter supply line hole and leave the work in a finished condition. The service visit was punctual and not rushed. The price quoted at the time of making the appointment (on the type of work sought) was "about $200" but the serviceman was unable to provide a specific price for the work upon completion, saying instead "you will get a bill". This bothered me as what company does work but then can't tell you what it cost? But, when the bill came it was indeed "about $200" which was the original estimate and reasonably couldn't be precise until actually seeing the job and performing the work. Still, this was a disconnect, I should have known what charge I was responsible for paying before the bill came in the mail. I selected this company because it was one of those that had received a number of Angie's List reviews, the comments posted were good, and the company was located no great distance from my location. The replacement faucet has a plastic handle and looks and perhaps feels less durable than the old style metal one; I suppose it is standard now though and only time will time if it is a quality replacement. I can't argue about the price charged as it was close to the sight-unseen estimate. And, getting quality work is much more important to me than a few dollars one way or another. I recommend this company. I had a good experience with them and liked the service guy.
