Contacted vendor for an estimate. I met with the owner to discuss the proposed work. This is one of the first times I have used Angies List. more specifically reached out to a vendor on the list. The owner met me at the location when he said he would. We discussed proposed work. He returned an estimate within a week. The estimate was exactly what we discussed. The proposed estimate was very competitive.

Overall the service was exellent.

Holiday flush of activities. Systems a go and then backed up. (advice in file 1-2-3, then call us if need, and did) Response is like they live next door -- you know how others keep you waiting all afternoon....not them! Plumber arrived, I showed him the sites and briefly explained the problems. LaMartina trucks are shops on wheels -- staffers are logo'ed, fast workers, organized work methods, equipped, clean-cut, reliably competent and noted for dedication to great pride of trade and customer service --and quite honestly, even the English Cocker Spaniel liked the guy! Brad fixed the problems, listened to my short and longer term goals and then responded accordingly. Brad, I don't want to know how to do this myself, I just want to be able to know the right questions to ask and make sure the right person responds to the call and makes the problem go away....and that I don't spend money today for this that is technically not good tomorrow. Don't be afraid to tell them in all sorts of descriptions or noises what the problem seems to be when you make the call. Don't be afraid and please do tell them anything you've already done and what happened. Do get Tony on your facebook -- he networks and provides tips that are very helpful checklists. Privacy please, is always understood. I trust Tony and his company.

LaMartina Plumbing has plumbed our renovated bathroom, repaired leaking faucets in our non-renovated bathroom and replaced our water heater over the years. Service has always been prompt, professional and reliable. As such they have been our go to company for all our plumbing needs. I say being a repeat customer is the best review you can give.

My water heater had a leak at the bottom. The plumber discussed the options of repair vs. replacement and after the discussion, I chose to replace mainly because of the age of the waterheater. The plumber was professional and courteous, cleaned up, etc. The work was done slightly under price quoted. The plumber pointed out some additional work that should be done. He just stated the facts and I did not feel pressured.

Great! Tony gave me a quote over the phone (bc it was obvious what the problem was) and he was $106 (including Angie's List coupon), while everyone else was $180. Brad came over and did a quick and fantastic job. He even showed my curious 6 year old what he was doing and why. Very patient man!

This is the third time we have used LaMartina, and we are totally satisfied with his quality of work as well as the professionalism of his people. We will soon be needing a new water heater and they will be the only call I make for this purchase. I highly recommend Tony and all of his people with whom I have worked. They are total professionals in every way.

Tony LaMartina was always very polite on the phone. His plumber (Wekenborg) was on time and very polite. He put covers on his shoes to walk in my house, which really impressed me since I have a small child who plays on the floors. We actually had another plumber come out before and the plumber told us he would have to put a hole in the wall in the basement to reach the bathroom and that I was probably looking at a whole bathroom remodel. There is a very small access panel to the shower upstairs, Mr. Wekenborg had no problem working in the small space (no breaking the ceiling in the basement to reach the tub), which I was very impressed with, since I'm sure it was tough to work in. He also took the time to answer all my questions about what was wrong. When he found that the pipe to the shower was rusted through, he was patient as I called my husband for his opinion. He was honest about what could possibly go wrong with the new pipe to the shower, but was able to make the repair, and save us a lot of money. I would definitely recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company. They also have online bill paying which is a plus.

Plumbing problems? Look no further, Tony's your man! Bought a foreclosed home, all plumbing in the house - from the water entry valve to the exit point - need be redone. Most of it was gone, the previous tenants apparently needed to take the piping with them... The house needed kitchen and two bathrooms. I've interviewed probably half a dozen plumbers before getting to Tony. Most of the experiences varied from incompetent to plain out bizarre. One guys suggested to hang my second floor bathroom outgoing PVC pipes hanging off the ceiling in the bedroom. Great idea..... (NOT) Others were working with unions and their pricing was about double of what it normally should be. Tony came over and in the first five minutes it was clear he was by far the most competent professional I've seen so far. He laid out exactly how the second floor bath plumbing should be and was crystal clear on what is the overall scope of work is. Without much hesitation I've given the job to Tony and could not be happier about this choice. Tony's guys did both rough in and final in the house. The work was done on time and exactly as scheduled, which was extremely important since we had to synchronize it with the other contractors. Tony was very hands-on and responsive throughout the process and has arranged for all the permits and inspection. The project has been very reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny. After I've moved in, there were a couple of small issues, one with regulating the incoming water valve and another with a shower drain. Tony has sent his guys shortly after I called and all issues have been fixed the same day. What can I say, outstanding service. Overall, great service, very professional, Tony clearly cares for his customers. Would definitely recommend Lamartina Plumbing for your house projects or plumbing issues.

Previous plumbing was inadequate, could not be simply repaired, had to be comopletely replaced.

Their service was fantastic. I contacted Tony through his website and he called me back right away and scheduled the work I wanted done. The man that came out was extremely efficient and got it done. I thought the price was great.

Tony showed up at the appointed time, listened to what we needed, and walked through the basement. The next day, he emailed the estimate to us. After the city inspector visited, we asked Tony to remove some items and add the installation of a vanity. Tony quickly emailed us an updated estimate. After we approved the estimate, Tony set a time for his plumbers to do the work (over two days) and also made an appointment for his plumbers to see the basement a few days early. At the end of two days, I had lots of bright, shiny copper in my basement, a new vanity in my bathroom, and the city inspected the work an issued an occupancy permit (which I couldn't get when there was no running water).

We called Tony LaMartina Plumbing for a rough estimate for the three issues going on in our guest bathroom. (Istalling a new faucet, fixing/replacing the pump in the toilet which was shooting water staight up in the air, and the leak at the shut off valve for the toilet.) The person we spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. He told us he thought the job might cost about $250-$300. This esitmate was much lower than others we had recieved. We made the appointment for a plumber to come out. When the plumber did arrive he was exactly on time and very professional. He was very respectful of us and our home. He installed the new faucet, replaced the pump for the toilet, and replaced the shut-off valve. Everything looked great and worked well. Before leaving we gave the plumber the Angie's List coupons for this company. When we recieved the bill it was even lower than the rough estimate. So, not only did we get excellent professional work done it was less expensive than we thought it would be. Tony LaMartina is our plumbing company from now on. We would totally recommend them.

Went very well. Tony gave out and inspected the problem, I had a bid in one day. then work was completed a few days later. Was amazed at the professionism of Tony and his employs. When complet with the project the work area was spotless This compny is hard to beat, Thanks again

The plumber could not have been nicer, more obliging, or more skillful. When he went into the house, to check the basement faucet turn-offs, he put on little paper booties. It turned out that new faucets would have been extremely expensive, since the basement plumbing for one was very old and would have to all be replaced. When I told him that I was having a difficult financial month (hefty dentist bill) he managed to fix both faucets without replacing either!

The plumber who came to my house was on time and was very professional. Mr. LaMartina sent me the invoice by email. I can simply click the link in the email and pay the bill by credit card. It was so easy. I will use their service in the future.

It went very well. Jim was running ahead of time so he called to see if he start before the appointed time. He arrived exactly at the newly agreed upon time. looked over the project, went and got his tools, read the instructions and got to work. He was personable, professional and very competent. He tested the unit and made sure all was right before he cleaned up the area and left. I received an e-mail invoice from Tony the next day and was able to pay over the internet. The price was less than the estimate and included the Angie's List discount from his web site. I asked Jim to have Tony give me an estimate on some additional plumbing work and I am awaiting the quote.

Very friendly and knowledgable service. Super fast and respectful. They made sure to put on little booties coming into the house and cleaned up the area they worked on after. Highly recommend and will definitely keep their information for any future service! Thanks guys!

This turned out to be a simple problem in a relatively new faucet. Jim fixed it quickly,checked the whole fixture and explained the problem. Although it is now missing a part it works perfectly, perhaps better than new. If a plumbing problem can ever be pleasant, this was it.

The plumber arrived. Diagnosed the problem. Went straight to work. Fixed the leak. It was a difficult fix. He worked diligently, made sure the leak was gone, and all the while he was polite, informative friendly. He wore shoe coverings and was fair on the time charged. This is the 3rd time we have used tony lamartina this year and we continue to be pleased. They are professional, clean cut, knowledgable, hard working, honest and do quality work. It is hard to find a good plumber. We are glad we can call tony lamartina.

It went fine- they arrived on time and did excellent work. A bit expensive but I havent used a plumber in a while.

Overall it went well. Jimmy was a little late in arriving but when he got there he wasted no time. He worked by himself and was neat and clean. The only thing is we were charged a "permit" charge and an inspector was supposed to come out the next day and we stayed home all day. No one ever showed up or called. Seems like a waste of time (ours) and money. This was something Mr. LaMartina insisted had to be done.

I called Tony based on the reviews on Angie's List for an estimate on replacing my 20 year old water heater. Tony could not have been nicer or more responsive. His estimate was as good or better than other estimates I received and he worked hard to get my city inspection scheduled for the same day. Jim performed the actual installation and he was prompt, curious and neat. It was quite a struggle getting the new (huge) water heater down my narrow basement stairs but Jim managed to do it. There was minor damage to one part of the water heater but Tony ordered the replacement part and had it installed as soon as possible. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Tony and Jim. My only regret is not replacing the water heater sooner!
