First of all, my apologies for my delay in giving my review. I truly thought I had done it already. We were very pleased with the immediate response to our service call, so this is even more reason for my apologies. They were very professional and did an excellent job replacing the water heater. I don't know if the price is within reason because I haven't replaced one for some time. As it is, the price of installation makes it twice the cost of the water heater itself, but given there is no way I could have done it myself, we figure it is well worth the cost. They also did an excellent job of clean up. We would definitely recommend this company.

The company was prompt and professional. Work was done quickly and mindfully according to my work schedule. The work could have been disruptive to business but they worked around that and communicated clearly with me.

This home was a listing I have that was closing last week. The company was very accommodating when we had to adjust times and get paperwork in a timely manner.

His service has always been great. He and his crew have always been pleasant to have in my home. They have always been nice and very professional. The prices are fair and Tony is very personable.

He was very helpful and recommended a website to use to find it. He worked efficiently. He was very good about cleaning up well. I will definitely use their services again and plan to call him soon.

We had a total of three visits from the Tony Lamartina plumber over a period of one week. The first visit was to replace a failed toilet tank water supply line. The second visit, two days later, was to replace the "flapper" in the toilet tank to stop the toilet from running. The last visit was to repair the sink faucet. The latter two problems were not apparent at the time of the plumber's earlier visits. The total cost for all of the work was $416.82. The bathroom seems to be in good working order now. Our only complaint is that the billing is done online, rather than by payment by check given to the plumber in person upon completion of the job, or by bill mailed afterwards. We do not like online billing.

Had a leaking faucet, with a clearly rusted-out insert. Called around, left message with TLM, made appointment with another. Before that appointment triggered, TLM called back - a few days after the message was left, as he reported being ill. Small business indeed :) Anyway, he was *super* helpful, explaining that the part I had replaced from Kohler was machine-installed, almost certainly couldn't be removed, and that I should try asking them for the entire housing. I cancelled the original appointment, and set upon speaking with Kohler and perhaps trying to remove it myself. Kohler sent the extra parts without any hassle, which leads me to believe they know it's common. They told me to try a 5/8" deep socket wrench to remove it. A handyman and I tried, and it was going nowhere. Score TLM for saving me a pointless trip charge from the other company (also top-rated on Angie's List). Ended up needing two trips, the first one more quickly, as an instant-hot water dispenser also started leaking. They sent Brad. Nice, professional, fast, removed it and rerouted everything in a jiffy. I requested him for the second trip once I got the parts in from Kohler. Again: nice, professional, fast, knocked it out in a jiffy. He was out sick the first time I left a message, and we had some trouble getting in touch via email on later subjects. So overall, not a perfect communication experience. When he went out of town and his son was emailing in his stead, all comm was lightning-fast. I don't make much of that. And given the quality of advice and work, and reasonable market prices, they're definitely the plumbing company I'll be using until I get a really good reason to stop. Overall, highly recommended. Once you make an appointment, expect them to show up on time and get the job done quickly.

Tony and his team were incredible. They were, by far, cheaper than everyone else we received estimates from and had better/simpler ideas on how to fix the problem. They were courteous, professional, punctual, cleaned up afterwards, and used drop cloths to avoid staining our carpet. Our sink works better now than when we bought our house! Our city inspector even raved about the work they'd done. After the job was finished, we had a concern that they addressed promptly and wasn't even their responsibilty in the first place. Have already given them multiple recommendations since they helped us.

Tony's did a great job fixing the plumbing issues identified during a house inspection required to obtain an occupancy permit. His work was excellent and work was completed on time.

LaMartina's man was on time, did the work well and cleaned up afterward. The price was reasonable. I don't know what more can be expected.

They are very good. They always return you calls, they show up on time. They treated me very nice. I think their price is fair, I don't think they are cheap.

Everything went well. I had several questions about different water heaters. Tony answered all my questions and explained the details. When I need a plumbing company again I'll call Tony

We are rehabbing a home and needed a bid to replace a water heater and repair leak in our soil stack. LaMartina came out to look at our problems briefly and stated, "I will send you a bid." It has been over a month and he has sent us nothing. Hey LaMartina, if you did not want the job why didn't you just let me know while at my house or if you changed your mind after the fact you could have just called us. Please stop wasting people's time and work on your professionalism. We used another plumber that can be found on angie's list; Mayo Plumbing Co. UPDATE: 1/16/12 LaMartina's response to my complaint is laughable and a complete fabrication. He says he emailed the bid the next day after coming to my home. The remarkable thing about this is that I never gave him my email address. Thanks though for suggesting to check my junk mail about your fantasy email. If in that mind of yours, you really thought you sent this email, then resend it and I will admit on this platform that I was wrong. I for one have integrity. I realize that he lied about this to make himself look like this wonderful, helpful contractor and I am the completely clueless homeowner. What is petty and really weird is having to lie about something so minor. Why not just say 'hey I am sorry I made a mistake or I just didn't want the job.' See LaMartina, your grade does not come from the job, but the overall experience as stated in the ratings panel above. In conclusion, people it is your money and you can choose whichever contractor you like, but this was my experience with this guy.

The plumber was on time and did exactly what he said needed to be done

Very well. After having an estimator from another company look at the issue, we were not impressed by his knowledge. He claimed the faucet was at least 20 years old and washer-based so they could not guarantee the repair. The faucet is actually only 6 or so years old and is cartridge-based as verified by Tony's guy. The repair went fairly smoothly. He ended up needing to replace the hot water shutoff valve under the sink also. It took about an hour to complete.

The serviceman arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was able to replace the bad part immediately because he had the replacement part in his truck. He then ensured that I was satisfied with the temperature of the water and his work. I would definitely use this company again!

I initially contacted Tony when I received a call from our tenants to say that a leak from a faucet had become significantly worse and needed to be fixed quickly. Tony and I talked on the telephone that day, he contacted our tenants and arranged an appointment time. They attended promptly and fixed the problem. There have been no problems with the faucet since then. Subsequently we used the same company to replace a toilet. Again, this was done efficiently and professionally, and we were happy with the cost. We will definitely use them again.

They answered my call and came at the scheduled time. It went great overall.

Very professional and I would recommend for sure.
