It was just a minor issue, but they were able to fix it right away. Everything is working well now!

Everything was great. The technician was on time, friendly and very knowledgable. I should have had him check the other two toilets but did not. Sure enough, a week later the same thing happened to another toilet. They are coming back and not charging me a second service call.

Got a bill for $87.00 which is what I paid for Angie's list coupon which was worth much more. I would have been happy to pay $25 since plumber came out but thought $87.00 was unfair and excessive.

The plumber showed up on time. The work started in the upstairs bath, but he actually removed some old pipes that were in the were no longer being used. Once the rough in was completed, he returned after 2 weeks later after the tile work was completed. At that time he installed the shower heads, vanity and toilet. The work cost less than estimated by using a coupon on Angie's List. The plumber was punctual, courteous, and made the overall experience a great one.

They came out and fixed the seal in about 30 min. Everything was great. They arrived on-time, were professional and addressed our concerns with other toilets in the house. Our Big Deal covered this visit. We would recommend their services to others.

Tony came to provide an estimate the day after I called. We were so shocked at how reasonable his price was, that we didn't bother to get any other estimates. The next afternoon his son, Matt, emailed me with the proposal/estimate, and even though they were ready to do the work within a few days, I scheduled the job for a few weeks out, as it was not an emergency. Mark the Plumber showed up 15 minutes early for his appointment, completed the job within a couple of hours, and had everything cleaned up, de-smelled, and ready for use. Except for the banging noises, you wouldn't have even known he was here. Fast work, really pleased. Will definitely call this company for future plumbing needs.

We called LaMartina Plumbing on the morning of July 2 after we noticed some water leaking from somewhere on our main floor into our basement. Matt was really friendly and we were able to set up an appointment that morning, at 11:00, to assess the problem and fix it. As an aside, we had recently had some electric work done in our house, and the leak started shortly after that. We assumed the two were related, so at the same time we called the plumber, we called the electrician to see if anything they did could have caused the leak. The electrician was able to get to my house before the 11:00 appointment and thought that it was a corroded refrigerator supply line. So I called Matt back and relayed the information, but still asked his team to do a full assessment in case it looked like the leak could have come from elsewhere. At 11:25, the plumber called me to talk through the issue and confirm the source of the leak. Later that day, he had finished the work and now we're dry again! Thanks, LaMartina, for the responsiveness, professionalism, and quality. I appreciate it!

They were very busy so we couldn't get a service call for about two weeks. Very professional and polite when they arrived.

Great- cost less than the quote and was finished before estimated date. Chris seems to be a master plumber, is very professional and we will use again.

Went well. Matt was able to schedule us on pretty short notice. Plumber arrived in the time frame quoted. Repaired all items and even offered advice on other items to ensure they continued to work properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needed plumbing assistance.

When all things go well, it is easy to give a great review. However when all doesn't go as expected and planned, a review is even that much more important. This review is meant to provide insight in how the LaMartina crew handles customers when things don't go entirely as planned. On this prescribed day, Brad did an excellent job on the installation and was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to have Brad work on any plumbing project at our house. The issues that arose from the installation of the new tank were not caused by the LaMartina. The new water heater had a design feature (flaw in my opinion) that allowed the water in the tank to drop to an unacceptable level overnight. Matt and Tony were great to work with and the impression that I received was that we would continue to work together to diagnose the problem and find a solution. It took a couple weeks and many emails to work through the issue but we eventually found the solution and had the manufacturer rectify the issue. I never felt pressure from the team to provide payment until I was satisfied. Matt and Tony both continued to work with me via phone and email until the problem was resolved. You may say that should be expected, however with many service providers, its about closing out the job and receiving payment. I sincerely believe LaMartina Plumbing is in the business to provide a service that results in customer satisfaction. Good things come to companies like this. Thanks, Tony, Matt and Brad. The technician that came out was very nice. After each thing he fixed, he would inform me of what he had done and what he was doing next and ask me what my input was. Everything was great, he was totally above board.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work and based on the other bids I received, I felt LaMartina's pricing was more reasonable. Tony was great, he explained to me the scope of the work and was patient with my questions. The plumber (Brad) who did the work was professional, punctual, and quick and efficient in his repairs. Scheduling the repairs took a while as I caught Tony LaMartina Company during a busy time and communication was a bit spotty at times, but Matt LaMartina was great with emailing me responsively. The first day Brad came out he replaced my water heater, and explained to me about the new heater (my old one was 30 years old and there has been been some water heater advancements since then). Then he worked on the tub handles to replace them with a cute new set I bought. Naturally, the cute new set wasn't compatible so he reassembled the handles and gave me info on the type of handle I needed to buy. He also held off on the soil stack, concerned that since the crack went to the floor that he may have to (gulp) jackhammer into the floor and he wanted to have a whole day in front of him to do that as he didn't want to risk leaving me with a gaping soil stack at the end of the workday. Brad also advised me to get a water pressure reducing valve, since my house was at 100psi, and it should be 80psi. I scheduled a second visit and after some research I opted for the reducing valve. I also bought handles/valves for the bathroom tub, but naturally all that is compatible for my type of plumbing are boring ole' normal ones. Meh. Technically I could do an overhaul if I really wanted cute handles but I am a simple woman with a simple home and am not going to shell out for some swanky bathtub knobs. Maybe after I win the lottery... On the second visit Brad started with the soil stack and luckily, did not need the jackhammer. In no time he had the soil stack done, the pressure valve done, and the bathroom handles done.

Arrived on time and completed work efficiently. Price was reasonable and consistent with estimate.

The price was effective and the gentleman performed the service much cheaper than I thought it would be. I thought they would have to do plumbing and it turned out that it was just a bad washer in one of the toilets. It could have cost us much more, but the young man was honest about it and did a great job.

The plumber was able to determine the source of the leak quickly. Although he didn't have the special replacement part in his truck, he was able to obtain one quickly and finished the job in a short time. Before leaving, he made sure that the leak was fixed.

Office staff was very personable and scheduled according to my convenience. Always called ahead to let me know they were coming. Arrived on time and was very personable . Best plumber we've had at our home which we've owned for 21 years. Explained everything, worked professionally and great job of cleaning everything up after. We would recommend this company to anyone - they are exceptional!

I called several of the companies offering plumbing deals. I asked if this job could be done in the allowed hour and how much the part would cost. This company stood out not only for the quoted price, but also for the first impression on the phone. The owner? was extremely courteous and helpful on the phone. I then purchased the Angie's List Deal and called him back to schedule the appointment. I received an e-mail the next day thanking me for my business. The plumber that was sent out called in advance to see if he could come earlier than expected. I was very happy about this. It doesn't happen very often. The job was done in under an hour. The function of the regulator and how to adjust it were explained to me, and a booklet was also left for my future use. I was billed on line for the part and paid with a credit card. Easy and simple. I will definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

What a wonderful experience!!!! Matt LaMartina originally told me that they were booked until the following week and referred me to someone else. When I called him back to let him know the plumber he referred me to was booked as well and pleaded with him to help resolve me issue because I was having a dinner party this weekend, he graciously told me that he would send someone but it would be at the end of the day, after 5 on Thursday, when the other scheduled jobs were completed. Jim showed up after an already full day's work and was so very gracious and kind. He was so sincere and expressed genuine regret when he said that the hose required was a special order and even if it was overnighted the hose would not arrive before Monday. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for Monday but was pleasantly surprised when Jim went the extra mile to check supply houses that the company doesn't usually use to try and find the hose. He located the hose and came back after another full day's work on Friday to install it. What a wonderful young man - I'm sure he had plans for Friday night that didn't include adding another job at the end of a very busy day when he could have waited until Monday and I wouldn't have known any difference. I would definitely use this company again! In addition to quality work the customer service I experienced was exemplary and unlike any other company with which I've done business.

All aspects of the service were very professional. Scheduling was prompt. Communication was efficient and accurate. Pricing was very reasonable. We started the service with our gas off and they were supposed to find and repair a gas leak, which is nearly impossible without the gas on. They worked with us and explained everything well. The gas leak was fixed, we got a new water heater, and we will definitely use them again!

I am pleased with the work done. The installation is of good quality and what I expected. I would recommend Tony LaMartina to others. The only part of the experience that was not up to par was the punctuality in terms of showing up per the set appointment. The plumber showed up approximately 2 hours later than the scheduled time. It was an early afternoon appointment, and I understand that earlier jobs could have gone over the alotted time. I sort of expected this could happen, so I asked that they call me about 15-30 minutes prior to their arrival so I could leave work and meet them there. They accommodated this request, so this issue really didn't affect me too much. I have not received the bill yet, so I can't provide feedback on cost vs. services performed.

Excellent. We have worked with LaMartina for several years. The personnel are professional and responsive, and the work is always top quality. They are also more than willing to explain repairs in detail and answer my many questions about how things work, why certain repairs are needed, or what we can do to prevent problems. We are moving to Knoxville soon, and can only hope to find a new plumbing company that we will be as satisfied with as we have been with LaMartina for the past 10 years.
