When I was informed that my purchase was not valid, Mr. LaMartina said that he could send a plumber out the next day, at normal charges. I agreed. The plumber arrived at the agreed upon time, completed the repair quickly and with no fuss. I would recommend this company to others.

Jim was the Plumber that came to our house. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and did a great job. He knew immediately what needed to be done and he went right ahead and got the job done! I had some general plumbing questions and he was extremely helpful in providing answered to my questions. Jim was just here last week and I have already bought another "deal" for LaMartina Plumbing because I have more work that I would him Jim to do. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Matt LaMartina, the manager is very cordial, helpful and nice to talk with also. Jacquie Crawford UPDATE: 11-12-13 I purchased a second Big Deal coupon when a new plumbing issue came up. I saw that in the fine print it said one per customer. I thought that meant you could not use two coupons for the same project.; so when I had a new plumbing issue arise, I purchased a second coupon and even added a note requesting that they send Jim, the plumber who came the first time, as I was impressed with the work he did. Jim came out for the second job and once again did very good work. When I received my bill, it was for $270.37 and I noticed that LaMartina Plumbing had not given me credit for my coupon. I sent a note to Matt LaMartina to ask him about it. He emailed me back that said: ?I probably screwed up the invoice. I?ll revise it and send over another version tomorrow.? I emailed him back and told him that would be fine. When he did return my email the messaged stated: ?Those deals are only good for a one time use....I ?think? it says that in ?the fine print? per the terms of Angie?s List.? It was at this point that LaMartina Plumbing informed me that my coupon was not valid; that I could only use one coupon in a lifetime! Mr..LaMartina could clearly see that this was my second coupon because we corresponded through Angie?s list to set up my second appointment. This is when he should have told me that I could not use this coupon -- NOT AFTER he did the work and then say?..oops,,this coupon doesn?t work in this case! Bottom line, I do not believe Mr. Martina did this on purpose to get more money or for any other reason---it was a mistake, his mistake, not mine. I acted in good faith and did what I thought was the right thing to do and was never informed otherwise until I questioned the bill. Because of this, I believe my second coupon should be applied to my second order.

Arrived on time. Listened to what I wanted done and did the jobs in a knowledgeable and efficient way --without leaving any mess.

They were very busy so I got bumped a week so we just didn't use the shower. Other than that it was a job well done.

They did a clean job. Very reliable firm.

While their site says they will make a Saturday appointment if you call them, I was told by Matt that they only make appointments between 8am and 3pm Monday through Friday for estimates. I explained this is a rental property with the tenants still there and needed some flexibility. They were unable to help us.

The appointment was quickly scheduled and Tony showed up on time. He seemed knowledgable and professional... At the close of the appointment he said he would provide an estimate but never did. He ignored my calls and emails and in the end, I had to restart the process with another provider. I chose this individual based on Angie's List but ended up two weeks behind schedule and highly inconvenienced.

Arrived on-time and was well groomed and professional. The job was completed in less than an hour and our leak was solved. I would use this plumbing company again when I need fast and efficient service.

The service repair guy showed up very promptly and was very knowledgeable about the particular type/manufacturer of my outside faucets. I wanted to replace them but he explained that all that was necessary was for them to be dismantled, cleaned, and refitted with caulking material. He completed the work and they have worked perfectly since then.

I emailed an appointment request over the weekend (on a Sunday). Someone responded a few hours later. A technician was at my home by 9:30 the next morning. My wife says he was very nice and professional. He laid down tarps everywhere to prevent any mess. When the problem couldn't be solved under the sink, he went to the basement to fix the issue. The technician even cleaned out our faucet spout. Definitely recommended.

Tony came out to the estimate two days after I called. He was very professional, knows his stuff. He sent his man within a few days, as we had agreed. The plumber was capable, worked to code, worked neatly and cleaned up after himself. The price was what we had agreed to in the estimate. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I would not hesitate to use their services again....in fact, I have already told 3 of my neighbors about them.

The technician arrived on time. He was very courteous and I felt at ease having him in my home. He replaced the kitchen disposal. the first day and returned a few days later to repair my bath faucet. I had purchased a new faucet but was told by the technician that it could be repaired, saving me lots of money. I am so happy I discovered LaMartina Plumbling. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber and will always call them when I need one in the future

Plumber immediately identified that the problem was the seating of the toilet. He removed it, put in an extra thick ring and reinstalled it. No more leaking. Plumber was polite professional and efficient. I was expecting a much more complicated (expensive) issue. Very happy with the results.

It went very well. We called them to replace a toilet in our guest bathroom and they helped get us one which had been discounted so we were pleased to get it at a discounted price. They then came to install and discovered all the parts were not there. They quickly found the right one and then were able to get the job done corrrectly. they did not charge me the extra time They were very professional and courteous and thorough in their work. When the original toilet purchased did not meet specifications they made the changes and found the right item. We appreciated how punctual and customer service-oriented their employees were. They also gave us a price break on their service to make up for any delays.

The visit went very well. He was very professional and took care of all of our needs we would definitely use them again.

They were quick to schedule the appointment. They also called to confirm the appointment date. They installed/removed a laundry sink. They also fixed and packed three different outside hoses. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things to me so I could maybe fix it in the future myself. He cleaned up well after himself which was much appreciated

We were selling our home and needed a new sump pump installed due to the home inspection. It needed to be completed in a timely manner. Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company was outstanding from start to finish. We were scheduled immediately. The plumber arrived promptly. He was very courteous. efficient and knowledgable. The work was completed and the area cleaned up completely. We will use this company again.

We had an excellent experience. We were not able to be at home at the time of the repair but my mother was and she spoke highly of the plumber's professionalism and courtesy. Tony LaMartina was very prompt responding to us from the beginning, and communicate well by phone and email. Lots of good follow up. We would use them again.

It went extremely well and fast! My appointment was for 8am today, and they said he would call when he was on his way. He called at 7:50 and said he would be here in 15 minutes, and he was. I gave him a tour of what needed to be fixed, and he got started right away. He started working a 8:20am and was out the door on his way at 9:05am. I was shocked at how fast he was, and I was happy that it was all covered under my one-hour Angie's List coupon. I was prepared to pay for a second hour if needed. I was interested in learning how to fix things, so as he went along, he explained things to me and told me what causes problems and things to look for. He cleaned up after each job was done and was very professional. I will definitely call this company again if I need any plumbing work done.
