Plumber was very honest about breaking our toilet while trying to repair it and replaced it for free.

I had a seal on the master bath toilet that was leaking and a sink that the stopper did not work as well as a leaking valve in the basement. All were quickly (less than one hour) done and the serviceman was professional and prompt. I will use them again most certainly.

They did a great job. Prompt, courteous and fair price.

Brad arrived at noon (as scheduled). Completed the job in 4hrs including cleaning up and hauling off the old heater. the heayer is working well.

I am very satisfied and happy with the work done recently by Tony LaMartina Plumbing at my home. I discovered this company through the Angie's List Deals, and I am grateful I did. The reviews are great, and now I understand why. I was very happy with the quick response to my phone call. I needed a stack replaced, and the plumber scheduled to do the work (Chris) was excellent.....respectful of my home, very quick, responsive and professional. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the price. I will definitely use this company again and would go out of my way to recommend them to others.

We called to get the leaking Jacuzzi fixed. It was NOT an emergency which we made clear when I called over the weekend and left a message. We were responded to before 0800 hrs on a Monday and Matt sent a plumber (Mike) out on Tuesday. This is a FIRST CLASS operation in my opinion. Quick service, polite, clean and professional. I will definitely use their company again. I have already told my sons to call them for any plumbing needs that may need.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Jim at Tony LaMartina Plumbing. It has been a challenge to find a plumber familiar with my Delta Touch2O Kitchen Faucet. The faucet handle was leaking and no water was coming out of the faucet. I considered replacing the faucet but it was too expensive. After ordering the parts necessary from Delta, Jim fixed my faucet. Thank you!

It worked out really well. In fact, we have had the fellow who came out do a couple of things for us since we saw the big deal on Angie's List. He has done a really good job for us each time. He seemed to know what the problem was about and it did not take him a great long time to do the job. He cleaned up and it was great. He did the thing and left. I actually expected the price of the service to be more than what he charged. He did really well. Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company, Incorporated is a good company.

I had a very good experience. They were very responsive. They came out soon after I called them. And the plumber seemed to know what he was doing and the problems were taken care of.

Mike arrived on time and went right to work after putting down pads in the bathroom to protect everything. He explained all the 'hows' and 'whys' of what he was doing. The job was done quickly and very professionally. We'll be calling him immediately when the next plumbing issue arises.

The plumber showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and estimated a cost. He completed everything within the time frame he estimated and under the cost we discussed originally. He cleaned up after himself and left the place as clean (probably cleaner) than the way he found it. |We will use them again if we have any future plumbing projects.

The entire process was a pleasure and went very smoothly. Scheduling was simple and straightforward, and all employees at Tony LaMartina were a pleasure to interact with. The company uses a nice electronic system to handle both scheduling and invoicing -- much more modern and up-to-date than most contractors I've worked with in the past. The installation was of good quality, and the installer was courteous, informed, committed to doing a good job. He also used noticeably better parts than other plumbers I've worked with in the past, which was a very nice surprise. We've had no problems with the new plumbing since it was installed a few months ago, and I would not hesitate to hire Tony LaMartina Plumbing Co. again. In fact, I'm planning to give them a call in a couple of months to have some additional plumbing work done in our basement -- it's really great to find a plumber I know I can rely on to do a good, professional job.

First job was fixing leaky tub faucet - just needed cartridge replaced. Second job was more involved: Finding and replacing the main water cut-off valve for the house, which had been put behind a wall when prior owners finished the basement. Two other cut-off valves were also corroded and also needed to be replaced. Quite a bit of work, and the plumber was friendly and efficient. No complaints. Would hire again.

Every aspect of experience was top notch: From original contact to company, promptness of repair person, professionalism with which he discussed and performed the work. Excellent!

It was just for a minor repair. The kitchen sink and faucet was leaking. The spot to get through to repair it was a very confined area. It required specialized tools that plumbers have. It was just fine. There were no additional charges. This was the first time I've used them. The only problem was we didn't hear back from them for several days. Once they came out, it was great. There were no issues with the faucet since they did the repair. I would use them again in the future.

Everything turned out fine with the work. I tried to schedule through the Rapid Connect program after purchasing the Big Deal, but didn’t hear anything back. I called them and Matt explained that sometimes there is a delay and glitch with the scheduling system. Once I made contact with them, they were great! They did call back at one point and explained that something came up and wanted to know if they could come later. That was fine with us and they were very much appreciative. The gentleman they sent out did a good job. He was pleasant and thorough. He was there for just under two hours and completed all of the work. The provided me with an itemized list and got everything working and trouble free. They got everything done that we wanted and it was a good experience all around. I have already recommended them to friend.

It worked out very well. They are prompt, courteous and they did the job right at the first time. They came out within a week after the big deal purchase. I think it cost another like some $80 for some part. I would use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out excellent. I love them. I have used them a few times now in the last year, and they are always very prompt in responding. I have talked to Tony himself a few times and they are both responsive to my questions, and concerns. The plumbers that have come have been very helpful and knowledgeable. We had them replace a toilet, and I had, myself, gone to one of the big stores to buy a toilet, and when the plumber opened it, he saw that it was cracked. So he went to a plumbing supply store that they use I guess, and got me a new toilet, and installed it, and it is working beautifully. The toilet I got was recommended by Tony, and I thought it was really great, that the plumber said that he would go ahead and pick up the new toilet. I have nothing bad to say, and I would use them over and over. He switched the hot and cold on one of the faucets when replacing it, and I didn't notice until after he had left, and I called and they sent him back the next day. He came and was very apologetic about it. I realized that one of the faucets was leaking and I called him before the temperature dropped to freezing, and they had someone out within a day or 2, and while he was out here, I asked him to do something else, and he did it. They are very responsive. They regularly offer coupons and big deals which is very nice.

They explained their work, were professional and did a good job. I was satisfied and would use them again.

Did a good job completing plumbing repairs expected. Small thing was missed - needed final plumbing inspection and it wasn't done before occupancy re-inspection. Matt and Tony had it taken care of and resolved ASAP and were very apologetic for the omission. I would recommend and use them again. Would give an A if it weren't for missing final permit inspection, but otherwise a very good job.

I have used them 3 times in the last 6 months. Once for a repair, the second to disconnect a toilet and vanity because I did some remodeling and the 3rd to install a new toilet and vanity. Each time they did a great job. Brad and Mike do great work.

It went great - everything as expected. He was very professional, polite - explained everything before he left. Cleaned up very nicely.

Based on favorable Angie's list reviews, I used the Angie's list coupon for $89 (for service call and 1 hr of service) to repair 3 outdoor faucets and scheduled an appointment for 9/30/13 from 1-4pm. Early morning on 9/30 I received a phone call that the repairman was on his way. Luckily, I was home and didn't have any conflicts. The repairs were made within 2 hours, which was very acceptable. Several weeks later on a Friday morning I hooked up a hose to one of the faucets in the garage and it leaked profusely around the shutoff handle. I quickly checked the other faucets (which did not leak) and called LaMartino's office. The man who answered the phone agreed that the faucet was not properly checked out and offered to have a repairman come out the following Monday morning at no additional cost. The same person who originally repaired the faucets came out and repaired the leaking faucet.

Great value. Great experience overall.
