As far as I can tell the toilet is fixed. They were very nice people to work with. The scheduling was very prompt as they came within three days and they came on the day that I picked.

This was a terrific experience! The gentleman was quick, clean and honest. He addressed the issues in a timely manner. I would absolutely use them again.

I contacted Tony LaMartina Plumbing after 3 other plumbing companies failed to follow up on a scheduled repair. The plumber that came out was extremely professional and had all of needed materials to finish the Job without having to make a trip to Lowes (sutter plumbing had to make a trip for a faucet). Not only did they complete the job in 3 hours while having to cut into drywall and the frame, but left very little holes that can be covered easily. I would highly recommend Tony LaMartina plumbing for any job!!!

Very good. Professional. Helpful - added the bathroom lines on (although had to pay a small overtime charge, which is understandable). Company was recommended by a friend - and we recommend too.

The service turned out well. He did a very good job with the work. I did recently get a bill for over a hundred dollars and I need to call them on that to see what it was for. The guy was really nice and they let me know what they were doing and I was glad they were able to do a repair instead of replacement.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The plumber was punctual, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Because one of the tasks was to replace the main shutoff, the water had to be turned off at the outside stop box. Our plumber tried to locate it, mainly by guesswork, and could not. He referred me to another service provider who specialized in locating stop boxes, and it was done that same afternoon (at additional expense, but who's counting). In the meantime, he diagnosed the situation with the tub drain and specified the replacement parts needed. On return visit, the main shutoff was replaced first. All good. The tub drain was more challenging, getting the old one out and fitting the replacement through the unfinished basement ceiling below, but it went ok. The only issue I could fault was that it took an inordinate amount of time for the plumber to fit/adjust the popup drain stopper: I'd say at least 45 minutes. It probably would have taken me even longer, but that seemed excessive for a master plumber. And of course, he was on a time clock for the whole job. I'd call the issue minor, not even worth raising as a concern with the company. I'd definitely use them again.

He showed up on time, did the work promptly and left a clean area when he was done! What more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again. It's been several months since the service was done and the toilet is still dry; I think it shows that they did a great job.

I had a very slow drain which I was constantly plunging. My garbage disposal was replaced about 15 years ago and broke about 6 months after it was installed. I am someone who does not use my dishwasher and neither did I use my garbage disposal much. I always keep a sink drain plugged in and I always take a paper towel to clean my dishes before washing them. But I have had relatives who have stayed with me during the last 15 years who did not always follow to my rules. So for the last 15 years food has been escaping my drain plug and making its way down the drain. Okay that was the background. So I purchased this coupon for Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company in June 2013 (yes 2013). I thought it was a good deal via Angie's List and with no expiration date, I figured I would just hold on to it until I needed it. My thought was to have my bathroom shutoff at the toilet replaced. Well I kept putting it off. So in April, I had to plunge the kitchen sink again. So I thought maybe I should just use the coupon to have the disposal replaced and I would have the sink drain checked. I called to make an appointment. I was told that someone could come the next day. I had to let them know I was not in a hurry (I know I should have been). I made the appointment for May 12th because I had already scheduled another tech to come for something else that day. The gentleman was very nice and everything was explained to me without me having to asking many questions. I was given the cost of the visit before the call ended. I was also given the option to purchase my own disposal or allow the company's tech bring one with him. He provided the name and model type of the disposal that the company would install. He told me to price compare. I just decided to allow the company to supply the disposal. I was told there would be 2 different techs coming. The first plumber would work on the drain problem and should be at my home at 8:00 AM, then the plumber to install the disposal would come after him. I was told that he would try to get the men there about the same time. Well the first plumber arrived at 7:45 AM. Yeah!!! He determined that the problem was caused by the disposal. He did snake the drain down to the basement though. I do not remember what time the 2nd plumber came but it was not that long after the 1st plumber had finished. He stayed until the 2nd one arrive a few more minutes afterwards just in case he was needed. The 2nd plumber got right to work. The entire job took about 2 hours. I was very pleased with the work that was performed. Everyone was professional. I had my checkbook in hand ready to pay but was told I would receive my bill later. This was new to me. I received my invoice via an email a couple of days later and I paid via the internet. I love online bill paying. :) I believe The Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company is one people can trust.

The process went very well. I've been meaning to write a review for a while and I am finally getting to it. I originally made an appointment and someone came out in the morning, I think around 8 or so...on time and we talked in the bathroom and I showed him the pipe in the basement. He had no doubt of the problem and we made plans to have someone come out and begin the work. Another person came out and removed the toilet, cut open the drywall and replaced the pipe section. I appreciated the fact that they were respectful of the house...I know when having work done in the house it can get kind of ugly, but this wasn't bad at all. I was able to communicate with Matt through e-mail which I really appreciated. He set up an appointment with the city inspector and later referred a contractor who did a nice job patching up the wall. So overall the job took maybe a week..but really only two days of work..the wall sat open just to wait for the inspector but the bathroom functioned so it wasn't a big deal. I think we will have to have some different plumbing work done in the house (not related to this) and it's nice to have a good company in mind to call.. I definitely recommend the Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company..nice people to talk to about plumbing issues.

He responded promptly and took care of the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and pleasant to have in our home. I would recommend him for any plumbing job you might have. We would not hesitate to have him do any future job for us.

Journeyman plumber was on time (actually a few minutes early). Thoroughly reviewed work to be done. Work was done timely.

As always, with LaMartina entire crew did an outstanding job. We purchased toilets we would not normally have been able to purchase, American Standard provides a sanitary toilet pan for those in need. And LaMartina grows their sales. Wins all round! Ordered on May 5 and removal/install on May 8. Old toilets taken away and no mess left behind. No more 'bang' when the lid goes down. We will definitely be using LaMartina's for all our plumbing needs.

He is good. He had good attendance, and did a good job for me. Overall, I am grading him an A, and I will use him in the future.

The project was completed in a timely fashion and came in on budget. Throughout the whole experience, LaMartina communicated to us effectively and were on time for all repairs.

who assured me it would be taken care of and a new invoice would be sent. I received a new invoice for the amount I was quoted and next to the amount the words "past due". Really??? Brad was very professional and I assume the install was correct as I have not had any issues in the six days since the install. But, two errors, even though they were taken care of, do not warrant an "A" rate...thus the "B' rating.

It was okay. There wasn't anything I didn't like about them.

He came out and did the job and did a great job. He unhooked my water heater and checked on a leak. I'm very satisfied with his service. He is very professional and very fast.

Installer was professional and efficient. The water heater is a good brand, and works well. I did ask about upgrading to an Energy Star rated water heater - they quoted a huge price difference between the standard tank I got and a higher efficiency tank. From what I can tell, those should only be maybe a couple of hundred dollars more... (I'm not talking about a tankless heater). For what I got, the service was great & I will not hesitate to call LaMartina again in the future.

I was under the assumption that this Big Deal would be applicable for water heaters, though they informed that is not something they do. I was able to contact a different provider to perform the work so I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

They were good. They did a great job and I would recommend anybody them. Their price was really fair. They were very willing to answer questions that I had and answered it in an easy understanding way.

After only needing minor plumbing work, of which I could have completed myself but didnt really feel like handing at the time, we were advised that we needed our entire mechanisms replaced. I knew this wasnt true but I was going to just let the work be completed since he had came all the way out here. I asked for the cost of the total services, but was advised he needed to call into the office. He had advised me at the time that the parts would be $50.00. He was working on replacing the guts of our toilet in our guest bathroom when I had to leave for a minute. I figured it would be okay for my wife to say until I returned. I had received a call from my wife and she said she was confused about the payment. She said that the plumber asked for the credit card for payment but didnt know the price of the services. She told me she had advised them to reach out to me. When customer service called, they said "I'm sorry, but I understand you are unhappy with our prices?" I said, "I'm sorry but I don’t know what the price is in order to be unsatisfied.” I advised we had been trying to get the price for the services since the plumber arrived. They finally advised me that the price would be 700.00! To my surprise I asked, what and how did the services total to $700. I was advised it was from the expensive parts that were needed. I had 2 toilets and the guts replaced, as well as a faucet replaced. I really didn’t understand where this price came from especially when we had already purchased a coupon for the work that needed to be completed. I finally just advised the customer service representative that I would be getting off the phone now because I didn't want any further aggravations or irritation from these services. At this time nothing has been resolved on this matter.

It was wonderful. He charged me extra for the back bedroom as it was not part of the deal. First of all, he came and fixed the faucets and that's when he noticed the crack in my drain. He did charge me for that. But he didn't charge me anything for the faucets. He is excellent. The pricing was real good.

The service turned out fine. Everything was great. We did not spend anything more than the $87 that we had purchased the big deal for. They were fast, polite, and clean. Everything was the best.

First off, I called the office to inquire about the problem, and the office woman couldn't have been more pleasant & informative. In fact, she told me to go on Angie's List and buy the deal voucher before I scheduled the work, so I saved myself a bit of money. How great is that? I bought the $135 for service call fee & 1 hour work, which covered everything the plumber needed to do. He was prompt & clean. He showed me the washer that was worn to a nub, that was causing the constant drip (slow flow) of the hot water in the tub faucet, and changed it out for a new one. He checked the cold, and did the same, just to be on the safe side. Plumber then re-arranged the position of my water faucet & hand soap spout in my kitchen sink, because I thought the positioning wasn't convenient. No big whoop here. The cool thing about this company, they charge on the 15 minute intervals. I was told that most plumbers round up to the half hour. So?..that's a big plus. Definitely pay full price for these guys in the future! Highly recommend.
