It could not have been a better experience for me. I have only had a home for about three years. Every new thing that goes wrong is a source of major concern for me and I rely a lot on Angie's List to help me find companies that are professional and reputable. When I heard running water and then saw it pouring out of a light fixture onto the table I feared the worst. Since we were able to shut off the water to the second floor and that stopped the leaking we were able to take the time to have a quick look at Angie's List and found Tony LaMartina Plumbing. We were impressed with all of the responses the company took the time and care to make to the persons posting both positive and negative feedback here on Angie's List. We decided to give them a try. 1. They gave a window of 2 hours. In my case, there was a delay due to the job before mine, however the office was in contact with me and before my plumbing technician came out they e-mailed me a profile and picture of him so I not only knew what he looked like, I also was able to read about his background and experience in plumbing! 2. Chris respected that I had pets in the house, he was careful with the doors in and out and wore booties over his shoes. He showed enormous respect for our home. 3. Chris had a methodical approach to working out what the source of our leak was. He explained his approach of eliminating causes every step of the way so that he was never just doing things that I did not fully understand the "why" of, which I really appreciated. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions plus he was very respectful of my 87 year old mom and answered all of her questions as well. 4. It did not take him very long to discover that the source of my problem was two bad hoses attached to my washing machine, both which developed slits in them. With the washer not running, both hot and cold water that runs up to the washer had been running out of those slits for hours, down the hoses, and between the floor and wall behind the washer ultimately out the ceiling light fixture downstairs and across a wide swath of the ceiling. 5. Immensely relieved that I had no busted pipes, that I had plumbing on the second floor and a working washing machine all in one visit, I could not be happier. This company was professional from the moment I called for help to the moment the work was finished. The problem could have been major, the fact that it ended up being a simple repair was icing on the cake. What mattered to me is that I always felt the whole LaMartina team was doing everything right from communication from the office to the work being done in our home. The bill came in a timely manner a few days after the work was done via e-mail with several options to pay. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this company.

I love this company. I had phoned the plumber who performed the same action twice before but they were unavailable for at least 6 days. I checked Angie's List and found great reviews and called. I received an email with Mike's photo so I would know for whom I was waiting, he called to let me know he was about 10 minutes out and was early. Mike is a great guy; very personable, great sense of humor, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the reason for the cartridge failure and why we need one. The temperature gauge was reset and Mike checked to make sure that the variable in temperature suited our needs.

He changed a couple of valves and washers for me. It was excellent work!

I've been searching for an honest and good plumbing company for years and feel like I've found that in Tony LaMartina Plumbing. I found Tony LaMartina Plumbing after a disappointing experience with another plumbing company. Tony LaMartina Plumbing has a superior service model! On my first call to Tony LaMartina, Tony spent about 30 minutes helping me understand the differences between 6- and 12-year water heaters, different brands and their parent companies, what's required in installation, etc. He even directed me to the Angie's List deal for $995. When I mentioned that we also needed repair on a couple of toilets, I mentioned that in our previous house, we had "right height, elongated seat" toilets, which -- as silly as it sounds -- we missed. Tony told me about a program they participate in called "Flush for Good" in which proceeds go to countries where clean water is scarce. The toilets are Champion, right height with elongated seats, each $500 installed. New toilets while also helping those in need of fresh water? Sign me up! This is a VERY fair price for a Champion toilet -- installed! The next day, I had questions about the toilets, thinking maybe I wanted a different model. Matt LaMartina returned my call and spent about 15 minutes explaining the difference in a couple of Champion models. Then, the day of the service, we got both a text and an email telling us that our plumber, Brad, was on his way (and the email included Brad's picture so we would recognize him!). Wow!! We are very pleased with Tony LaMartina Plumbing...in fact, I've already sent their info to one of my friends looking for a plumber!

I purchased a big deal and it went great. They did a good job. They had to charge a little bit more because of the extra work they did. They charged me $40 extra. I really liked them.

Mark was extremely professional and thoughtful, right down to the booties he wore in the house and the towel he laid under his tool bag. The cause of our issue turned out to be minor (we were sure that the only solution would involve cutting into the ceiling, and it turned out to be quickly solved with putty...), but he was nice enough to give us putty and advice/tips on how to properly snake a tub versus a shower. We were only charged for the service call and the labor hours (half hour), and he even asked if we had a coupon from Angie's List, Groupon, etc (I would not have known if he hadn't mentioned it). The company overall was very modern to work with. I say this because they seemed very familiar with technology - their website was excellent, they seem to prefer to use electronic communication (email questions/confirmations, online scheduling, etc), and the invoicing was even all electronic. It is very nice to work with a company that is evolving with the times.

They started to work on it, but it was outside of their scope since it was a commercial property and they didn't charge me. They told me to call the sprinkler company. They are 100% honest and good people. They offered to refund the big deal deal but I will use them for my home.

This is the second time that I've used Tony LaMartina Plumbing, and both times I've been very pleased with their services. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. This particular time, they really went above and beyond by not only showing up quickly and on time and fixing our plumbing issue, but also dealing with our home warranty provider to help make sure that we get reimbursed for the work that's covered under our plan. Matt was fantastic and went well out of his way to help me resolve my issues with the home warranty provider in addition to ensuring our plumbing needs were met. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The service man did an excellent job and corrected all the issues we had.

It went very well. He checked for the problem and then went and bought the necessary parts. He then returned and finished the job. He replaced some tubing, elbows and connectors.

Everything went well. Problems were addressed and the plumber who did the work was very professional. Pricing was very clear.

I called the contractor on June 24, scheduled an appointment for June 26, and the work was completed as described by their technician named Brad. From the first contact with the company, to the completion of the job, their customer service was very professional. Lauren was very courteous and helpful on the phone, and Brad arrived on time, completed the work in the time estimate provided to me, and he cleaned up after he completed the job.I would definitely look to call this company for any future plumbing projects around the house.

It went very well. I was pleased. It was for a rental property and my tenants were pleased that they cleaned up and left. I will definitely use them again.

They delivered, quickly and headache free!

I have used Tony LaMartina Plumbing twice before this year. This is my third time using their services. They are fantastic! Lauren LaMartina-Ross and Matt LaMartina are very helpful and accommodating. Their plumbers are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. For this job, I purchased the $135.00 Angie's List Deal. Our plumber was Mike Muhlhauser. He was great. Very helpful, pleasant and professional. I really appreciate the Tony LaMartina family business. Great customer service and excellent work. Thanks!

Mike showed up as expected and was professional and considerate (he donned booties over his shoes prior to coming in). He explained what he was doing throughout his time at my house and he asked if I had any questions prior to his leaving.

That turned out well. I had them look at a leak in the shower head, changed that shower head and snaked some drains. One plumber came out and he had to leave to go get parts and I did have to pay an additional charge for that, but it was reasonable.

When I initially called them for service, the receptionist explained to me that since I am an Angie’s List member, there were the coupons online for this service and that I could combine them. There were no troubles with scheduling and they worked around our schedule. The technician arrived on time to the appointment. There have been no additional costs beyond the price of the deal and I felt that their price was very fair. The plumber was professional and explained everything to me. He walked me through the process and provided all of the details. Before he left, he sealed up the hole and explained how it would need a short time to dry. Once it was dry enough, he turned the water on and showed how it did not leak on the inside or outside. We are really happy with them and would recommend them to others. I would definitely use their service again.

They provide great service and are very professional. The person that came to my house was excellent. I also appreciate that they text you when the they are on their way and email you a picture of the plumber. I've never shopped their prices because they never make me feel like I"m being taken advantage of.

On time. Friendly. Work has held up well. No problems.

Great overall experience. No problem scheduling appointment. Job took less time than expected so bill was less then expected. All work and costs were explained to me before work was performed. The plumber who came diagnosed and fixed the water pressure problem after two other companies did not. He listened really well, which led to correctly identifying the problem and fixing it. I will be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

RUN don't walk to the phone and hire these amazing plumbers! ;) Lets start at the top. My mother (80 years young) hired a shady unmarked white truck company that begins with a B...for $50 they came out and gave her an ASTRONOMICAL bid of 800 to 2500 dollars for a wobbly leaky toilet. WHATTTT????!!!! Honestly, they took advantage of a senior citizen. Fast forward: Researched on Angieslist and found LaMartina. I called into the office; explained the situation. The woman was pleasant, positive and she knew plumbing. She encouraged me to buy the deal-which I did. And although I was 100% skeptical-I was desperate-we can't have mama sitting on a wobbly toilet y'all. So you know the house is REALLY old, but has been well maintained-so I couldn't imagine what those other scammers were talking about. Enter LaMartina! I received a call from the tech letting me know he was on his way. Along with that came a text message. (I like that! Communication makes me happy). Mike the plumber, arrived promptly, was professional, courteous and more importantly he came ready to work. About an hour or so later, he had completed the toilet-new seal, bolts, supply line, etc. He then went outside looked at the spicket and the psychotic sink sprayer and told me what needed to be done. I was able to use my deal voucher for services rendered. I know that amazing sounds like a hyped word, but really it was a seamless process. I am about to rebook them for the remaining two projects. This company obviously cares for their employees, about its business and cultivates a culture of professionalism and doing the right thing. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Everything went well. They showed up on time, did the work without leaving a mess, and acted professionally in all respects.

The owner came by and he gave us some advice. He was nice, helpful and honest, but we did not need him for services.

I had purchased a big deal and the experience was great. They are a great company. The big deal price was $89, and we did not pay anything additional. I feel like I can trust them, and when they come out, they don't try to sell me more stuff, they stick to what I have paid for. They don't try to gauge me, and I feel like they are trustworthy, and they know what they are talking about.
