Chris was on time and very professional. The job was done neatly and carefully. He even hauled away the old toilet--that was a bonus to me!!! Response time was exceptional. The only thing I would say negatively (and it's not really a negative comment), is how I was billed. The company sent an email with the invoice and it didn't include the Angie's List Special deal that I had paid for when I signed up for their services. I called and left a message and then they quickly sent a revised invoice showing the prepaid deal and Angie's List discount. So I would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

Both technicians were excellent and professional - did the job - cleaned up and were very responsive to my needs.

The service went fine. I had them install a sub pump. I did have to pay an additional fee for the service. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He was personable and did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I have used them in the past, but my plumbing issue with my toliet ended up not needing service.

Actually I had another company from Angies List I do some other work but he said that he couldn't reach into the area where the water spigot needed to be replaced. Also the spigot was lead coated brass and I went to several Plumbing Supply locations and they pretty much said they couldn't help either. I contacted Tony LaMartina and they said they will send someone out the following week. I also submitted photos of the area inside the house. They arrived promptly and took about an hour and replaced the spigot with a new one and new water line tubing. Went very well and I couldn't have had a better experience with them. The price above is not including the Special I purchased for Plumbing Service Call, and one hour Labor for $135 so the total would have been $216.96. I paid $81.96 with the Special. .

It went very well. We had them install a new faucet in the half bath and a new stopper. The plumber also took care of a slight drip in the upstairs bathroom. They were also able to come out not too long after we bought the deal.

I purchased the Big Deal from my friend which was out of their service area. Sp went above and beyond and drove to my friends house to honor the deal. They were excellent, did a great job and price was great.

Service provider was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Our water heater was leaking profusely so they sent someone over to the house pretty quickly to make the replacement. The plumber showed up promptly as scheduled and finished quickly. He cleaned up after himself so it really was a no-work job for me and my wife. The plumber was clean cut, polite and very professional. My wife doesn't have any problems with Tony's team in the house when she is home alone. Tony isn't the cheapest but they are hassle free and we believe they are worth the money. We have used Tony and his team three or four times now and will definitely use them again.

I called them late morning and by late afternoon they had someone there to clear out the clogged vanity sink. They were thorough, efficient and clean.

I supplied the water heater. The charge was for install only. Significant work involved. Reworked gas pipes and water pipes because I wanted new water heater installed in different location. Initial visit with Mike for estimate went well. The plumber showed up on time, was professional, and cleaned up when done. The plumber hauled away old heater. The job was first rate. The county inspector even commented "he did good work" and pointed out several things done right. I will make Tony LaMartina Plumbing Co. my plumber from now on. Excellent service.

I was very pleased with being on time, being good about not tracking up the floors and getting the job done. I felt some time was waisted with having to do a couple of things over. He was friendly and professional.

Plumber was on time and very diligent in getting things done. He quickly assessed the two items I needed done. He arrived within the time allowed. I received a text message when he was on his way. Very customer service oriented company. Nice in today's environment. I will use this company again and would recommend to everyone. The pipe leading to the Garden Hose Bib had to be re-routed to do it right and maintain access to the cut off inside.

Excellent service from scheduling the appointment to completion of the repair. Jim was on time and fixed the problem in under 40 minutes. Great use of text, email and phone to notify me who my plumber would be (photo included in email notification) and when he was on his way.

This did not go well. I bought this and spoke to Tony himself. I let him know I needed two services and he put me on the schedule. I then called when he did not show up to his appointment. His daughter was apologetic. I let her know what I had scheduled with her father and she said that these aren't even services her company can provide. Having a drain unclogged and attaching an ice maker to the refrigerator. When I told her that her father (Tony) had said he could, she said that is wrong and they outsource their drain unclogging and it wouldn't be included in this deal. I told her to cancel our appointment. A few minutes later Tony called personally to apologize for the scheduling mistake. He forgot to put it into the system. I told him no problem and that his daughter had said they couldn't help me anyway. He said she was mistaken and they could have helped me. By this time, I had already called another plumber. Tonie's daughter offered me a discount on anything I may need from them, so I called her to see if they could help me with another problem and I could keep my deal. She said it would be an additional $100 and wasn't willing to uphold the promised discount. I need to return this because the company was hard to work with and needed to communicate better amongst themselves. Thank you,

Mike was exceptional. He answered all my questions and was conscientious about being timely so as to keep the cost of the visit down. He was very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I would definitely request him again.

I just wrote a glowing review about the plumbing service we received today from another company, but I would be remiss not to put in a good word for Tony LaMartina Plumbing as well. I called LaMartina Plumbing today (Saturday afternoon) after our basement laundry room flooded. We just arrived in Missouri a week ago so I was dependent on my Angie's List compadres for guidance on service providers, and LaMartina was at the top of the list. At any rate, I called -- and got a voicemail message saying that they are only open during the week. I left a message asking for someone to call me back on Monday and continued to work my way down the phone list. A handful of minutes later, a great guy (sorry - didn't catch the name!) from LaMartina called back. We talked about the problem that I was having and he helpfully suggested a auger-type service (my terminology, not his) when it sounded like the sewer lateral line might be blocked. I let him know that I had already had another number to call, but he said that he'd wait to hear back from me in case I needed additional help sorting things out...plus he could add me to their schedule ASAP if I still needed their assistance. Very kind service -- and it was a pleasant surprise to receive a call back on the weekend. We ended up using someone else this time around, but I would give Tony LaMartina Plumbing a call again if something else comes up!

Mike from Tony LaMartina came out to determine what was causing our shower to leak. He got right to work, found the issue quickly and fixed it. He was very courteous, showed us what was causing the problem and how he was going to fix it. We had the first appointment of the day, which was scheduled at 8am. Mike arrived right on time, which was very much appreciated. We were very happy with Tony LaMartina and will definitely use them in the future!

After I spoke to the company about the problem going on with the toilet, they determined the service that was needed could not be provided by Tony LaMartina Plumbing--they would have to subcontract for the service and the Big Deal Voucher would not have been applicable to the charges. Tony LaMartina Plumbing advised that I would save $$ by having another company (listed as an A company on Angie's list) do the service rather than the subcontractor. The person with whom I spoke was very helpful, and told me to contact Angie's List to obtain a refund.

They were great. They were timely. They were very professional. They had no problem with me ordering my own parts and coming back to install them. They gave good information. They did good service. Their invoice was very reasonable. I just liked them. I thought they were great. They respected people on the phone. They showed up different times to do the work. I was really happy with them. I just really thought they did really good value for money. I would totally recommend them. They made permission if they needed to move stuff around.

Most of the work turned out alright. They were easy to get in touch with.
