70+ year old leaking vent pipe was replaced, but plumber noticed that subflooring was damp above the vent pipe. Discovered that seal around toilet was leaking. Though service call went beyond alotted time, La Martina kindly sent another plumber to finish the unanticipated part of the job - resetting the toilet with a new seal - later that day. Polite, professional employees, responsive management, great work, will use them again.

When I called in the explained that I would need the drains cleaned and that wasn't something that they didn't do. They recommended that I find a drain cleaning specialists. They advised me to contact Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase which I have done.

The first plumber Mike was able to locate the leak. The second plumber Chris returned later and did the plumbing work. Both workers were efficient and only charged for the time spent working. I felt they were very professional and competent. The final cost came and it was very reasonable.

He worked creatively and efficiently, first softening the mineral deposits in the plumbing with vinegar and then blowing them out with compressed air. In the process he discovered and cured a couple of other problems in the plumbing.

Was contacted by phone and e-mail to schedule appointment, and was sent an e-mail with picture of the technician that would be arriving. I thought that was a nice touch and helps with peace of mind in regards to who will be coming into your home. I had an Angie's list deal coupon, which at the end of the day only saved me $35 (I somewhat misunderstood what I was buying and thought I was getting more than that). In regards to the work that was completed, it was done in a professional manner. I had purchased my own hose bib to install, but he accidentally put theirs on instead. He caught it at the end, but it was too late so he told me just to take mine back to the hardware store for a refund and pay for theirs (mine was of course cheaper than theirs so it would have been nice to have received the difference since it was his mistake). The ease of doing business through e-mail/online and the friendliness and professionalism of the tech outweighed the negatives however.

They fixed several leaky faucets for us. They came when they said they would. They gave us some good advice and we felt like they didn't try to sell us anything. Great job overall.

I thought I was getting an hour's work, and I ended up paying some more. I didn't get the hours worth of labor. The handle on my bathtub was not turning the water all the way off, and he replaced that with a handle that he had on his truck, however, I wanted matching handles, so I told me that either he could get me a handle like I already had, or he could get me like the one he got. Either way, they had to match, it didn't matter. He said he would order one, and he would get back to me. He didn't order it, and he didn't get back to me, until a couple of months passed by. Tony Junior called and said that I owed them for the call. The bottom line was that they had not ordered the part, the handle was going to be $8, and they wanted to charge me $49 to come and put it on. I said that I didn't want to pay that for them to come and put it on. The reason I hadn't paid them was because I was waiting for the handle. We stayed on the phone going around, until he got frustrated, and he put his daddy on the phone. He finally saw it my way, when I said that I would report the whole thing as he said that, and that he wanted to charge me to come out, and he would not allow me to come out an pick the handle. I can put a handle on. He said that it includes coming out and doing it. He said that if that was the case, I could just go to the hardware store, and put a new set of handles. It ended up that he saw it my way, and I never paid the $8 for the handle, because by that time, he was too afraid, that I would report everything that happened to Angie's List, and it wouldn't look too good on him. They did do what they said they were going to do, but it just took too long, and it cost too much. They did do what they said they would do, however they did not do what I wanted them to do for my toilet. I was having a problem with the toilet where I would have to plunge it often to make it flush everything, and I didn't want to have to keep doing that. I still had to do that until I figured out that I didn't have to put any paper if I didn't want it to stock up. It eventually stocked up after that, and I had to call another plumber. They responded orginally like they were supposed to do, it was on the follow up that they failed. The worker that came to my house was professional, while Tony and his daddy were another story.

From initial telephone call to installation of heater I was treated as a valued customer. Great customer service and professionalism of everyone. Installer was punctual & knowledgable. Work was done efficiently and everything cleaned up at the end. Cost was more than other places but service was well worth the difference.

Leak was fixed in a timely manner - we are very satisfied.

The plumber arrived on time ( a few minutes early in fact ). In the plumber's opinion the crack in the toilet flange was not serious enough to cause a problem. So he went ahead and installed the new toilet that I had previously obtained. He leveled it properly and caulked it. Overall I am very satisified with the install.

The company contacted us and scheduled a date and time for the hot water replacement. The men were on time and very professional. They removed the old hot water heater and cleaned up all of the trash. They were very professional, and we have used them again.

The company could not schedule an appointment until the first week December, which is too long to wait. It would be helpful to know if information was provided in the big deals as to when the service providers can actually honor the big deals.

Excellent work. This was work on a kitchen remodel. Work looks great, everything working as it should without any leaks almost one month after the job.

The cost of the service is approximate because I used a coupon and still have an invoice coming for the parts used. Mike was very professional, stayed focused and quickly fixed whatever he was working on. The kitchen water pressure was somewhat of a challenge but I was grateful that he remained persistent until the problem was solved.
