They did a great job. They replaced my outdoor faucet which was leaking. He cleaned up after himself, and it was a very professional job. He was pleasant to work with.

I would definitely call them back again if I needed somebody. There was nothing at all that I disliked about them.

It was perfect. They came in just a matter of few days after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges besides the $1095. There was nothing bad about the experience, they did exactly what was in the big deal. I will have them come back out to install some new toilets.

On going project, they are very professional and so far I love the work. I really like that they text before they arrive. The price is higher then other quotesbut they are by far the most professional company.

This company is very professional. I was so impressed when I received an email from them telling me about my service person, and a little bit about his life. This way I had a good idea who was coming to my house. How nice was that? As much as we don't want to need a plumber, my experience couldn't have been any better. No mess on the floor, he wore the plastic footies over his shoes, and best of all everything works so much better. It's a very old bathroom, so needless to say, I was a bit hesitant. Everything that was done was an improvement over what I had. Thank you so much.

Technician was fine, he was not a plumber though. He ran water down my toilet drain for a few minutes. I had already taken the toilet off. Then we got a bill for 160 dollars, for 5 minutes of his time. Not even the doctor charges that much for an office visit. Infact, i just had an HVAC guy here. The service call was 95.00 plus the cost of the parts. I know for a fact that an HVAC professional has way more technical knowledge than someone who cleans out toilets with a cable. I emailed back and forth with Tony LaMartina. The person that was sent out was not from their company? I guess they hire people to come out and do some services because it's cheaper than having them out which is pretty amazing. I wonder how much it would cost to have an actual employee from Tony LaMartina show up to run water down the drain for 5 minutes? THE BOTTOM LINE IS... find out how much they are going to charge first. If you're OK with what they charge the service would probably be fine.

original service call appeared to fix the problem, but started leaking within a few weeks. Called them back and they had a tech out within a week to correct the problem at no additional cost.

We had been having a terrible sewer gas smell coming from our basement off and on for weeks. Tony La Martina was the second plumbing company we called. I believe it was Mark or MIke who came out to take a look. He was on time and very nice. He was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out a lot about the 100 year old plumbing in our house. He wasn't sure where the smell was coming from, but we decided to start by replacing the floor drain. I called the office a couple of days later and we set up an appointment a week or two out to replace the drain. Brad arrived early for the job and was also super nice and friendly. Once Brad started digging, we found that the old cast iron pipes were crumbling, as we suspected. So we ended up replacing about 32 feet of plumbing. Brad took the time to explain all my options. He worked for 3.5 days to complete the job, but he made sure that we had working plumbing every night. Overall, Tony LaMartina plumbing was prompt and completed the work on time. Both guys were nice and helpful. Brad did a great job. We have a sewer that doesn't smell and a sewer that we never have to worry about again. Also, I really liked that they sent me a text and email to let me know when they were coming.

The only problem I had was I filled out a service order on Angie's list with potential dates and did not get a call back. I finally directly called the provider and got good service after that. I don't know where the glitch occurred - at Angies or at LaMartina, but I suggest you use the phone number.

I found Tony LaMartina here on Angie's list but contacted them over Twitter. They were very quick with responding and scheduling the appointment. They send out an email beforehand that shows you the picture and even bio information of the plumber that is coming to your house. He was very professional and installed the water heater as promised. He even helped me try to figure out where a leak was coming from even though it wasn't plumbing related. I will definitely use them again and already referred them to someone that needed a plumber.

The service and price were fine. It was not a huge job. It was good. The guy was very nice, pleasant and did what he was supposed to do. I remember we were happy and everything was fine. They were here when they were supposed to be.

His tenacity in finding out the problem was admirable - he kept trying different things until the pressure was great. He was very competent and seemed to be a perfectionist and tested the cold water stem too. I should have had them years ago! He did such a good job I'm having them out again to replace my shut off valves in my bathroom and kitchen. Just an all-around great job.

Offered opening for today or tomorrow and when we choose today all of a sudden they said they weren't available until mid next week. There is a conflict in scheduling and we have a need for the services now.

Tony LaMartina Plumbing did an excellent job installing my new toilet. I had initially called in because my toilet wasn't flushing. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He showed me a leak in the toilet that was causing water to drip down on the floor and immediately turned the water off to prevent further damage to the ground. The plumber reviewed many options with me and told me how to make the transaction as cheap as possible without sacraficing quality. After the new toilet arrived, they installed it quickly and properly. The price for the labor was very reasonable as well. The plumber did a wonderful job. He worked hard the whole time he was here and best of all he didn't make a mess. He actually left the area cleaner than it was when he got here. I definitely recommend using Tony LaMartina Plumbing!

I bought a $135 big deal for this service. They came in here to fix a leak and the bathroom started leaking a week later. I paid $200 and my bathroom is still leaking. I would not recommend them. Something is wrong in the bathroom. I don't think the quality was very good. Their punctuality was fine. They came out a couple of days after I purchased the deal.

They called me within a half hour and informed me that I could not use deal for a clogged toilet, so they were very responsive. They also helped me to get a replacement provider scheduled to come out and fix the issue.

This experience with Tony LaMartina plumbing was excellent from start to finish. They contacted me to confirm appointment date/time, and Lauren was able to answer several of my questions over the phone - giving me a rundown of what to expect. They sent me an email with a picture and short bio of the plumber that would be at my house. When he arrived he was professional and courteous as we reviewed what was to be completed. He worked efficiently to get the job completed and made sure I was satisfied before he left. The invoice was sent a few days later and was exactly as I had discussed with him (and similar to what Lauren had described to me over the phone when making the appointment). All-in-all we were satisfied and will look to these professionals again in the future.
